After doing a lot of research on different breeds of dogs (I am allergic and needed a hypoallergenic dog) I decided that a havenese would be perfect for me. I drove to Ohio from Pittsburgh to Premier pup to pick up my new puppy. I instantly fell in love with. Chloe is everything I could ever want and more. I am so thankful for Premier pup. Danielle

I was reluctant to purchase a pet on line. I searched and found only great reviews from premier pups . We received Brittany back on Nov 21, 2018. Ever since our precious Brittany showed up she has been a wonderful pleasure to have . The transaction of buying her, the flight and the follow up that the staff of premier pups gave us was truly awesome. I would recommend premier pups to anyone. Premier Pups where great! They answered all my questions and were extremely caring. They were in touch with me the day of the flight and right through the flight home.

We looked forever for our new family member. I am so glad we chose Premier Pups. The staff was awesome and explained everything to us upon picking up our baby. Even supplied us with the medicines needed for the next 2 weeks. They called me twice to check on Mario, texted twice and even when I called them with questions, they were kind and very informative. We love our baby and we are already talking of getting him a playmate next year and when we do, we will definitely come back to Premier Pups!

I was very skeptical about my adoption of Jericho. I was scared the website was a scam of some sort; thank god it was not. I received Jericho in perfect condition and the staff was helpful in his transition in living with me. I encourage others to use this site to get the playful puppy you want. Have no fear and know you are in good hands.

My kids (3,5,and7) and husband surprised me on my birthday by saying I could get a puppy!  We already have a 5yo Havanese from Premier Pups, and he has been so great!  So we did lots of research on which breeds we were interested in---small, hypoallergenic, good with kids and dogs---then headed out to see Mike.  The first pup was a Maltese, tiny as can be, all white.  We fell in love!  Just for fun we asked to see the Havanese he had---uh oh.  We fell in love again!  We ended up taking them both home!  :) Mike and his staff were incredibly knowledgable about breeds, training, health concerns, all of it.  They sent us off with a full stock of supplies in case of tummy troubles or trouble acclimating once we got home, and LOTS of detailed written instructions, just in case.  When we had questions or concerns---one pup didn't want to eat at first---they were always available by phone and within hours both pups were playing, eating, and thriving.  They continued to check in on us in the following days and weeks, and I know if we needed anything, they're just a phone call away.  We also go the Puppee Poo Palace, which has been great!  Our pups are now about 3 mos. old, still working on the potty training, so the ease of the slide out tray and separate little lofted bed has made life and cage cleaning so simple!!  Thank you Premier Pups!  We adore our new additions, Daufuskie (Duh-FUSK-ee, named after our favorite vacation island) and Carson!
