Loving our new puppy Mocha. She is sweet and playful!

Like many people on here, I was very reluctant to purchase a puppy online. We lost our family dog of 17 years about a year and a half ago but finally felt I was ready to add another fur baby to the family. I have been in love with this breed for years but could not find any close to me other than at puppy mills which I did not want to support. So after months of landing on premierpups.com, I bit the bullet and chose a puppy. My granddaughter accompanied me on the 7 hour drive to meet our lovely little lady. I wasn’t comfortable with her flying so young so I opted to pick her up. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Although we did not see or hear any puppies but ours, the facility was clean and the staff was very kind. They answered all my questions, followed up several times once we arrived home ( no car sickness!!) and genuinely seemed to care. I had Sadie checked by our vet and she has a clean bill of health!! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I couldn’t be more in love with this precious gal!!

Tilly (formerly Sedona) has been a wonderful addition to our family. I can’t thank everyone enough from Premier Pups for such a smooth transition. From Lacie going above and beyond on her days off to text me with figuring out flights to the rest of the staff continuing to check in with me. They are absolutely wonderful! We love our little Tilly bean ?? Thank you Premier Pups!!

We are very pleased with our new puppy. The vet commented as to how healthy he is. His heart and lungs sound strong. The puppy trainer remarked that he has great hips because of the “Superman” way he lays with his hind legs behind him. He is on his way to becoming an Emotional Support Animal.

We picked up our first mini bernedoodle, Cooper, from Premier Pups back in November (dog pictured on the right). He fit perfectly into our family and had an awesome temperament! This was especially evident with our two young children! We noticed quickly he was very playful and social and loved meeting/playing with dogs in our neighborhood. We tossed around the idea of getting him a puppy friend and one day I was browsing Premier Pup’s webpage and saw Dex. I knew he was the one! We went and picked him up on May 24th. We named him Toby and couldn’t wait to bring him home to meet Cooper! They were instant buddies and it has been so neat to watch them together. We absolutely love our mini bernedoodles and have had TWO very positive experiences at Premier Pups! I’d like to personally thank Andrew for being so personable and helpful at our most recent visit to Premier Pups!

I just want to take a few minutes and thank you guys for everything!! My family is in love with our new baby !! You guys were amazing to work with the customer service was amazing !! It is not hard to see how much heart and soul you put into each puppy and each sale !! The evidence is found in the quality of this pup and her disposition you can tell that the place she came from is second to none !!! I will be recommending premier pups to everyone i see and anyone that asks me about our Hilda!! On March 16th my wife and I drove to Premier Pups in Johnstown, OH from Long Island to pick up our Mini Brenedoodle Dakota now known as "Raynger". Everyone said "getting a puppy will change your life". I just want you all to know how much it really did. Although my wife had many dogs growing up, I am 55 years old and have never had a dog before. From the second Kaycee handed me this puppy in Ohio, our lives have changed, all for the better. She was an absolute angle on the 10+ hour ride back to NY. Our first vet visit went great. Since then we have recognized what a happy, healthy, fun loving and smart puppy she really is. She is pretty much house trained in the first month. She has learned to sit and stay. She is a doll with our two sons as well as the neighborhood children, is great with other dogs and loves the beach. She has taken her place as a member of the family. From our first contact with Adoption Agent Donato, to our pick up experience with Kacee, to the calls and texts with the Follow up Care Specialist Matt, this has been a first class adoption experience. I knew I wanted a mini Berne Doodle, with a Google search came his picture from Premier Pups, it was love at first sight. We called to get information and Troy was very helpful in answering all our questions. Immediately we felt comfortable with Premier Pups and a few days later we picked up our Bernie and he is a happy, healthy, friendly puppy. I am delighted to say that working with Premier Pups was a very good experience! I was pretty skeptical about buying a dog online, let alone having it shipped to us from Ohio! Everyone that I talked to you about buying a dog online said that we should know the breeder, the dogs parents, lineage, etc..., but Premier Pups assured us that their dogs come from reputable breeders and they stand by their breedeers & dogs. PP was very detailed with the information that we would need for the dog, and they sent all of the necessary supplies that he was going to need for the first week. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! Our little Landon is such a joy to our family! He is a healthy, happy, smart dog and we are just in love with him!
