This is our first puppy and we couldn't be happier with our darling girl. She is smart, sweet, never met a stranger, and loves other dogs. The follow up support from Premier Pups was much appreciated.
Our daughter begged for a puppy for months before her eighth birthday. She researched online and read books to find out everything she could about caring for a puppy and which breed was best to have for people with dog allergies. Then I found Premier Pups, we looked at the breeds available and decided on a mini goldendoodle. We made an appointment to visit Premier Pups the same day we called. We were impressed with the facility, the staff and the puppies! We visited with three different adorable mini goldendoodle puppies and chose the one we wanted to adopt. The staff was friendly, caring and helpful. It was a Great Experience!
We were skeptical about purchasing our new puppy online but we are so happy that we decided to go with Premier Pups! Rome (Previously Hayden) has been a very healthy and active pup and our vet said he looked great! They made the process very easy and have guided us the whole way and even after we received our new puppy. Would definitely recommend!
Abileigh just turned 1! We had a wonderful experience with premier pups. Initially around this time last year we had put a deposit down for a mini goldendoodle with a breeder closer to home. A few weeks later we had some red flags and started feeling uneasy with the situation as they were not answering our questions or returning our calls/emails. I called premier pups about this litter specifically and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. Within hours there was only one pup left in this litter and we put our deposit down! They sent me videos and pictures the several weeks before she was ready to come home. She flew from Ohio to Charlotte in May. I was very nervous she would be traumatized from the flight but she jumped out of the crate into my arms at the airport and starting licking me and hasn’t stopped since. She has been a very healthy puppy and everywhere she goes everyone instantly falls in love with her. She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we will definitely use premier pups again in the future.
We had lost our Rat Terrier of 13 years in 2019. We swore never again. (never say NEVER!) Jax became available the day after Valentines Day. I scheduled a surprise "Drive By" and picked 3 pups to look at. We live about 30 min. away! We never got to the second or third pup. Jax stole my wife's heart, tears started flowing and the credit card came out! I realize now I never really truly loved our past dogs. Jax is that kind of dog that steals your heart runs around the room daring you to catch him and when you get it back it's way better than we when he stole it! Premier Pups was amazing before during and after the sale. There followup process is second to none! The Med. package and support is perfect. Having dogs through out my 62 years I can easily say Premier Pups is by far the best way to go and highly recommend!
Purchased two Mini Golden's in the last year and we are in love. Excellent process and great quality pups!
We love our new puppy! He has adapted well to his new environment with our family so quickly. He couldn’t be any sweeter and lovable. He loves to be outside and chase my kids around. The process with Premier Pups was so straightforward and easy. Thank you for making our first pet experience a great one.
We purchased 'Bentley' now known as Duke. He is very sweet and has been a great puppy so far. As far as the puppy we are happy. I was very hesitant with the process at first and was hoping to have a great experience as it was different than going to a breeder directly. I do not feel the experience I received is what they promote on their website. I did not feel reassured throughout and actually was met with frustration from the manager when I asked questions. I am not sure I would go through Premiere Pups again. I was hoping for more of a personal experience as they promote on the site.
I purchased Harley (formerly known as Brooke) on 8/22/2018. The adoption went very smoothly and to my surprise we received her at the airport one day later on 8/23. It’s now been a week and Premier Pups has kept in touch every other day to be sure that she was eating well and was she making herself at home. I couldn’t be more happy with my Premier Pups experience from beginning to end!
We got Hudson about 2 months ago, and absolutely love him! Our experience with premier pups was amazing! We got to see with and play with different puppies before we chose! They had great customer care and offered supplies needed for the first few days as well as medicines. Ever since we got Hudson he has been great. He was easily potty trained and is very good about going outside. We haven’t had an accident in a few weeks. He is also very good at sleeping in his crate, however prefers “his” couch. He is a very lovable puppy and we would definitely go to premier pups again if we ever considered getting another one!
