Red Merle

Commonly known as the Pom or Pom Pom, the Pomeranian is a very loyal and lively dog that is fast becoming everyone’s favorite breed. The first Pomeranians were working dogs situated in the Arctic region and they were called “Wolfspitz”. Named after Pomerania, a region in central Europe, Poms sparked the interest of the Queen and this made breeders switch their focus to breeding small Poms. Pomeranians are highly extroverted dogs. They love being in the midst of new people and try to make friends with everyone they meet. They are also very protective of their owners and they respond very well to training and mental exercises. Due to their size, they prefer being inside than outside. Some Poms are more extroverted than the rest; so, it is important that they are well socialized at a really young age. They are well-suited for apartment life and crave human companionship more than anything else. Their natural charisma and desire to please everyone makes them one of the most popular breeds of pet dogs in the United States. Browse our selection of Pomeranian puppies for sale today. Note: Since Pomeranians are very small in size, it is advised that they are supervised when in the midst of kids younger than 12 years. This is to keep them from getting hurt as younger kids tend to think of them like toys instead of actual dogs.

Name: Jose Colon
Breed: Pomeranian
Client: Jose Colon
Loc: New Jersey

I bought my puppy pomerainian last year, I think he arrived about 3-4 days later, when I first met my little buddy, he was the smallest little creature I've ever seen filled with so much energy. I followed the instructions that Premierpups gave me, and long story short, thanks to this site, I'm the happiest guy ever. About one or two weeks in, I finally gave my puppy a name, Tommy. I celebrated his first birthday, with a party, and he will also be 1 year since I got him in two weeks. His my baby, my everything, he has brought me happiness in my life as you cannot imagine. If you decide to buy a pomerianian, things you should know about them, they are not for kids, because the dog may get hurt, and poms are so obbessed with thier owners, I do not mine that part but its something you should know. They will love you no matter what, remember dogs are a big responsibility and not a toy. After 6months he stopped growing, so yes they stay small, he is 1year and a month old, with 5lbs. And yes they are adorable! Here's a recent photo of him, with his little dirty paws, he loves the garden.

We purchased “Wiki” who we named Honey Bear in August of 2017. Honey Bear has brought such happiness to our home! We are so happy with Premier we plan to buy our next addition from them later this year.

Date: 4/24/2018
Name: Bear (formerly Teddy)
Breed: Pomeranian
Client: Lexie McKnight
Loc: Columbus, Ohio

My boyfriend and I purchased Bear in September of 2015 and he has been such a great pup. Premier pups gave us all the information we needed when Bear was a puppy on how to properly care for him, and they were super helpful when we had questions. Bear is going on three years old now and is playful, spunky, and cute as can be. I get compliments on how adorable he is everywhere we go. Thanks, Premier Pups!
