Puppy Peas a Lot

December 6, 2013, 9:53 AM
Q: Our teacup Morkie is only 10 weeks old. Seems to pee constantly. At what age will he be able to hold it for longer periods of time?
A: I am not sure whether you trulyean constantly or frequently. If it really seems constant or let's say more than twice an hour let me know. Bladder control does not start to mature until about 12 weeks. Thank you. I guess when I said constantly that was an exaggeration. More accurately would be about once an hour. That is normal at his age. Positive reinforcement fir the right response and reprimand for accidents are appropriate. Watch the potty training videos.
