Worry about vomiting

Q: I recently got a cavapoo from Premier pups about a month ago and tonight he started throwing up... how do I know what is wrong with him?

A: Sporadic vomiting in puppies is pretty common and often related to indiscriminate consumption of the wrong stuff. It is prudent to just keep an eye on the situation especially if your puppy feels good otherwise. You can also use a protectant like pepto bismol at 0.5ml per pound of body weight 2-3 times daily as a home care step. Also small frequent meals are a good idea until you see what happens.
