Q: My puppy's eyes get goopy when his fur absorbs his tear stains. I wash his face with warm water but it doesn't break down the "crunchy" part stuck to his fur. Can you recommend a safe eye wash I can use to wash his face? Thank you.

A: You can use any saline solution like for contacts.  Sometimes the best way to handle it is to get some mini electric clippers and keep the hair shorter.
