Pup Wont Eat

Q: purchased two pups Izzie and Rascal and cant get Racal to eat without being forced to eat. purchased them on saturday. Izzie his sister eats on her own. but her brother has to have his mouth opened and fed baby food by syringe. he is not active at all and all he wants to do is sleep. I am HIGHLY concerned as to what to do about him. not sure if its due to being in a new place and stress or if there is something truly wrong with him. when he is given the food by syringe he does eat it though. please help
