Timing of vaccinations

Q: Hi. My Morkie puppy will have her first vet visit on October 28th (8 weeks old) and I am picking her up on the 30th. I was instructed to make her an appointment with my vet 7-10 days after I pick her up. If I make it for 10 days later, that will be 12 days after her first set of shots. Will she still be able to get shots at this appointment? Thanks!
A: The usual interval between vaccinations once your puppy is with you is 3 weeks.
