Pad Training Requires Consistnecy

Q: How do I get my 6 month old Maltese’s to use the potty pads all the time? They won’t go in their crates or play pen but will potty 50 percent of time on pads and other 50 percent wherever. I want them trained to use potty pads. If I move the pads location they go where it use to be and not on the pad in new spot
