One of our favorite toy purebreds, the Maltese is widely known for being very affectionate, alert, intelligent and energetic. Their origin is said to stem from the Malta Island; hence its name, although some people also believe this breed came from Asia. Nevertheless, the Maltese have been around for a really long time dating as far back as the first century. Maltese are very docile and can be quite friendly to people they don’t know. They have a lot of energy and tend to prefer the company of older humans to kids. They are also very obedient and will go to any lengths to protect their territory. Unlike many other breeds, the Maltese prefer being indoors than outside. This makes them well-suited for the apartment life as they crave close, human contact more than anything else. They do not need a lot in terms of exercise and just a regular, daily, 30-minute walk in the park would suffice. Browse our selection of Maltese puppies for sale today. My son and daughter-in-law bought me this little precious pup for my Christmas present. I cannot say enough about how much she has changed my life! Her name was Madison but I call her Tinkerbelle or my “baby love”. She is the best little puppy. I purchased the Pup-pee-poo Palace and it has been a wonderful addition. Tinkerbelle sleeps in it every night, not a bit of trouble about whining to wimpering from day 1. She was housebroken in 10 days and we got her on December 2, 2017. I took her to her 1st vet appointment and everyone there just fell in love with my little Tinkerbelle. The vet told me she was perfect!!!! I can’t thank the people at Premier Pups and my son and daughter-in-law for getting me the absolute perfect present.

I purchased my Teacup Maltese from Premier Pups on 04/08/2016 and drove up to pick him up on 04/09/16. So I have only had him for 3 weeks, but he is adorable and so tiny. I really hope he stays that tiny, well he is 2lbs now and is suppose to be 4 - 5 lbs. I am having a few issues with the puppy pad training but I guess that is normal. So my over all experience with Premier Pups has been a good one. I know that it is a costly choice but as anything in life if you want the best you must pay for it. I love my baby boy.

Hi everyone. I bought this cute maltese when I bought him his name was Martin i've renamed him snoopy. I live in Hamilton ohio I went all the way to Columbus to get him and I don't regret doing it because the dog is very healthy,active,loving they took great care of him. I recommend the you should buy your dog here because they take great care for theirs animals and give them a lot of love and are very responsible, I wouldn't rate it 5 stars I would rate it 100 stars and next year I'll be buy the girl

Sienna is a wonderful extremely outgoing teacup young girl. She sometimes goes to work with me in a long term care home. The residents love her and she loves them more. When she arrived at the airport she was as calm and laid back as could be. They commented how most dogs are nervous and don’t want to come out of there crates. She is pad trained when indoors. Plays well with others. She was spayed a couple weeks ago and never touched her sutures. Back to normal in 36 hours. She plays fetch with tennis balls. Sleeps in the living room on her own never barks to get in the bed. Which I would not mind but she appears happy and secure on her own. Thunder storms don’t bother her. She isn’t happy getting a bath at home but the groomer says she is a angel. I really appreciate the fact that premier pups encourages reviews.
