Jon Snow arrived in Tampa on June 23, 2020 at 1 pound 12 oz. He is now 12 weeks old and 2. 6 pounds. It was like being first time parents again only this time with a puppy. Primer Pup was in constant contact with us. This included constant phone and text messages from Lacey advising us of his travel status; the Facetime with him was priceless, I only wish I had recorded the session; then there are the follow=up check-in from Chelsea and Mike that reassured us, he was okay and that we were doing all the right things. Every time I had a question there was a live person to talk with. Jon Snow came with detail instruction for feeding, preventative medication and a real person checking in with me via a phone call every other day for the first week to ensure he was adjusting. We included membership with Dr. Pup (Dr. Gary Rypka) which I highly recommend. He actually called and spoke to us on a Sunday morning (four days after this little guy arrived) to discuss our concerns. I would not hesitate to go through Primer Pups again to get a healthy, happy puppy from reliable AKC breeders. My special thanks to Mike for all the little hints to get this little guy back on dry food and especially his constant reassurance that Jon Snow was right on que and that we were doing all the right things. Recently we were told that God created dogs as a way to show what unconditional love was all about... well Jon Snow is all that and more.

My son purchased my little love for me for a Christmas present after I had lost my husband. Her name was Madison but she is now my little Tinkerbelle. Our “gotcha day” was December 2, 2017 and my little love just celebrated her 2nd birthday. She has been the perfect little companion for me. She goes absolutely everywhere I go, or I don’t go. We got Lennox (now Leo) on May 8, 2020 and we couldn't have been more happy to get him and have him be part of our family. He is a loving, intelligent, alert, brave, and active dog and we just love him so much. We had come across Premier Pups because a family friend had recommended them because it's where the adopted their toy poodle. We would look ever day through the website awaiting the dog for us, and then finally we found Lennox. We immidently reserved him and couldn't wait to meet him. We called Premier Pups to make sure we reserved him properly and that everything was okay. They help us every step of the way to fully adopting Leo and they were very kind. Days before Lennox's arrive we had received a text from one of the Premier Pups employees saying that Lennox was not able to fly due to Covid-19 and that they would be driving him for Ohio to my State. We were kind of skeptically at first but we knew it would all work out. They sent us many text updates on how far they were making the pick up process very easy. Then they texted us that they have arrived and we got to meet Leo for the very first time and took him home. I remember him being so tiny. We brought him home and he didn't seem at all scared and began to eat the dry food Premier Pups had provided. Lennox (now Leo) is 4 month old and is growing up to be a wonderful dog and we couldn't be happier with Premier Pups. We still look through the website to this day maybe in search for a new fur baby.

Sienna is a wonderful extremely outgoing teacup young girl. She sometimes goes to work with me in a long term care home. The residents love her and she loves them more. When she arrived at the airport she was as calm and laid back as could be. They commented how most dogs are nervous and don’t want to come out of there crates. She is pad trained when indoors. Plays well with others. She was spayed a couple weeks ago and never touched her sutures. Back to normal in 36 hours. She plays fetch with tennis balls. Sleeps in the living room on her own never barks to get in the bed. Which I would not mind but she appears happy and secure on her own. Thunder storms don’t bother her. She isn’t happy getting a bath at home but the groomer says she is a angel. I really appreciate the fact that premier pups encourages reviews. I read them all and found that of all the online puppies for sale. Premier Pups had the best reviews and has reasonable pricing. Sienna says she is happy with me too. John Gebo

I absolutely would recommend Premier Pups. I was hesitant to purchase a pup that I didn't see in person. I also wasn't sure I wanted to put a pup through the flight from Ohio to Philadelphia. After talking to several staff members, at different times, I felt reassured that Delta Airlines handled many pups to Philadelphia Airport and that they are handled with VIP care. So, I decided my obsession out weighed my fears for a Maltese. I must say that Lexi arrived happy, energetic and full of love. As promised on their website, they called a few days to make sure Lexi was doing well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. My vet said she was so healthy she did not need any of the medications she came with as a precaution. As you can see in this photo, at 10 weeks old, day I received her, she is beautiful and healthy.

I was really nervous purchasing a pup on the internet, but made the plunge and now am the happy owner of my little LEXI who is an adorable 3 lb Maltese. She flew into LAX on a very rainy day. I was so happy to finally meet my little girl and she was excited to see me. The starter kit was a godsend - I brought with me a spoon and a bowl and gave Lexi some water and mixed together a little baby food with karo syrup and she gobbled it up. We relaxed a little before getting on the road. I put a puppy pee pad on the floor board of car by my feet. (My husband was driving) During the drive I put her on pad and she immediately peed. Then she cuddled in my arms for the next 2 1/2 hours home. Her first night was a little hectic with all the travel. I offered her kibble and she managed to eat a few bites and then gave her baby food and karo. She was placed in her crate and cried for about 25 minutes but I ignored her. I set my alarm for 3 hours and got up to feed her as directed. I am using puppy pee pads in the bathroom and she is using them regularly on a very 30 minute time for potty! The next day we noticed she was a little lethargic and Dr. Rypka from DoctorPup was fantastic. I posted a question on the website earlier in day and he called from SC to CA on a Friday night and guided us through giving her the appropriate amount of food to keep her engine running. She wasn't having BM's which concerned me - He told me to make sure no dried stool was on her bum - there was a little so I used warm water and dawn soap to soak her bottom and 30 minutes later she had a BM! Dr. Rypka was so friendly and really calmed my nerves. Lexi is a lot of work - I'm not going to deny it, but after 5 days she is on a routine which is VERY important for ME and Her. We love her immensely. She goes for her first vet visit tomorrow, is running around the house (bouncing like a bunny) and is crying less and less each night when placed in crate for "night-night". I bought a puppy sling to wear around my shoulder and took her on a walk last night around the block. I can't wait until she has all her shots so we can begin walking together with her feet on the ground. Thank you Premier Pups for making the purchase a positive one. I look forward to sharing many years and memories together with my little LEXI Poo.

We have now purchased two pups from Premier Pups. We have been very satisfied with both purchases. They have excellent customer service. When we took both pups to the vet, we were told both of our babies were in perfect health condition. The vert was surprised she could not find any defects. Pictured is my Maltese. She has been the light of my life. Today is her first birthday and Premier was kind enough to check in again to see how she was doing. I would purchase here agin if I am ever in the market of another dog.

We picked up our sweet little guy on Friday. I didn’t have the heart to wait until we got home to give him food and water. I felt he had to have it right away. I gave him half a jar of baby food Karo mix and some water, then waited for a little over 30-minutes and held him all the way home. Before adopting him, I was preparing for over a month for a male Maltese puppy, so we were fully equipped with all necessities plus. It took him over a day to start eating dry food along with a little wet food, and sometimes we feed him the baby food/Karo to ensure he gets enough to eat. Today is his third day, and he’s already mainly eating the dry food, mostly when I feed him out of my hand. This Thursday is his first Vet visit to ensure all is going well. We love him; he has a great personality and a quick learner. I will purchase another puppy from Premier Pups in the future. Maybe another Maltese or a Maltipoo.
