From the initial phone call with Ryan to the pick up with Brad, my experience has been AMAZING! I was scared to buy a puppy online but Ryan turned my fears into trust with his professionalism, kindness and knowledge. Tobin (my pup!) got carsick 30 minutes into our 5 hour road trip home. I called Brad and he patiently walked me through what to do and how to help Tobin feel better. Since then, the Premier pups team has stayed in touch via text/calls checking in and offering support during Tobin's transition. They are truly there for you every step of the way and always available for your questions/concerns. If I ever decide to add to my Fur-baby family, I will definitely come back to Premier Pups!
