"We purchased 'Bentley' now known as Duke. He is very sweet and has been a great puppy so far. As far as the puppy we are happy. I was very hesitant with the process at first and was hoping to have a great experience as it was different than going to a breeder directly. I do not feel the experience I received is what they promote on their website. I did not feel reassured throughout and actually was met with frustration from the manager when I asked questions. I am not sure I would go through Premiere Pups again. I was hoping for more of a personal experience as they promote on the site."
