I was honestly so scared of ordering a puppy offline that would have to be shipped; however, I could not have asked for a better experience! Premier Pups called and answered every questioned. When Ellie (originally Hope) arrived, she came with everything that I needed and multiple care tips! They have called multiple times to make sure she is adjusting!
