We purchased Mazeratti in January and complained about his aggressive biting and behavior. We were then told they are “crazy dogs,” and to use a shock collar. He bites us, furniture, and anything he can get his teeth on. We have since been through puppy training, neutered and used a shock collar. Nothing has worked and my kids are physically scared of him and refuse to play with him. We are not happy with the dog nor how much we have spent on him to make this relationship work. We will be finding him a new home. My kids will be devastated and this will not be easy for us as we have tried everything to get him accustom to our family. Super disappointed and heart broken.
Our sweet girl Saylor (formerly Gaga)! Premier pups made this the easiest and BEST puppy experience for us. They kept in touch the two weeks before she was ready and assured me she would be okay on her flight to Florida. When we picked her up from her flight she had everything with her she needed for her new family! We have only had her 5 days but she’s adjusted so well. Saylor LOVES playing outside and try’s to eat all the leaves. Definitely will use Premier pups again in the future :) Thank you guys!!
We have had our pup Livi (former name Phoenix) for almost 2 months now. We are very pleased with our experience with Premier Pups. Every detail of what to expect with our pup was clearly communicated through videos, emails, and phone calls. Livi was healthy and it took her about 2 weeks to eat on her own and adjust to our home. I got my puppy in July 2021. Was skeptical about buying online and not having met him in real life. In the end, it was the best decision I made! He’s so smart, fun and loving. And he’s beautiful and healthy! Although pricey, I would absolutely buy again from premier pups.

Today, George Montego Ramirez is 1 year old. At 8 weeks, he was less than 5 pounds, and we fed him karo syrup and 1 kibble at a time by hand. He was and still is too happy to eat when he could be playing instead. Today, he's around 11 pounds of pure fun. He loves toys, running for joy, and watching tv. He knows every commercial with a dog in it and barks at them every time. He even knows the intro to his favorites and will run from the next room over to bark at his best good commercial dog friends. Our Georgie has been so much fun, so we got him a sister. We bought another mini G from Premier, and she is also just amazing. Both of them are perfect, and we will never forget picking them up at the airport. Premier does a fantastic job of setting you and your puppy up for health and happiness. The process is laid out for you, so even if you've never been through the puppy stage, you can trust Premier knows how to do it well.

Our experience with purchasing our dog was fantastic! We inquired initially by phone after a friend recommended the Premier Pups website to us. We went to see the puppy - he was just 6 lbs but we loved him immediately! He has been a joy for our family. We bid on him on-site and was able to take him home with us that day.
