I would like to thank PremierPups for bringing Koda (formerly Brendon) into our family. He has been spoiled since the day with brought him home. When we started searching for a new puppy recently it was not easy. We lost our Australian Shepherd Jake to Cancer a little over a year ago and debated getting another dog anytime soon. Jake was in our life's for almost 16 years. He was gentle, quiet, and a great companion to our entire family. Those are some big paws to fill. We looked into local breeders and even out of state breeders of various breeds. Our search narrowed to a Bernedoodle after reading all the great traits of this mixed breed. Most breeders had a long waiting list or just was not in our budget, Some asking upwards of $5,000. We came across the PremierPups website and I will say we were a little hesitant to purchase a puppy off the internet. There was also the fact that the puppy would have to take a plane ride from Ohio to California. We had all the normal thoughts about this being to stressful for a puppy, not meeting the puppy in person first, etc... We narrowed our puppy picks on the PremierPups website and contacted them by phone to discuss the entire process, and how it works. PremierPups customer service is outstanding, they always answer the phone and if on those rare occasions they don't, they call back very quickly. After discussing the entire process and reading other reviews we were more at ease with the whole process. Believe me, we didn't just take their reviews on their site to heart. I searched several social media sites, google and others. They have great reviews. We committed to adopting from PremierPups and everything they said about the process, from initial purchase, flight arrangements, after arrival followup care, etc... was spot on. The staff proactively calls before, during, and after arrival. Michelle even texted me to let me know the flight was delayed by 15mins after 8pm at night, and to provided updated pickup procedures. Our Koda arrived healthy but tired and obviously skittish to his new environment. PremierPups provided us detailed instructions for his arrival and after arrival care and there was no surprises at all. We feed Koda his baby food formula mix as instructed and he pepped right up within an hour of being home. He started exploring his new home and figuring out his new surroundings. He was eating his dry food mix within hours and had no problems adjusting. He is a fantastic new addition to our family. He is fun, playful, smart, sometimes stubborn, and gets a ton of attention from the whole family. Thanks PremierPups for making our family complete again. P.S. Koda is still trying to figure out our cats and they are guarded, but curious of their new house mate.

Our beautiful mini bernedoodle Tucker has quickly become part of our family! We absolutely adore him and we are so glad we chose premier! Thank you guys so much and we will see you for the next fur baby!

We could not be happier with our Premier Pups experience! Their communication throughout the puppy picking process was attentive and detailed. We chose to have our little Howie arrive by Premier Pup's transportation, which we were hesitant about. We were kept informed every step of the way of Howie's trip to us. He arrived in a spotless van, crates were clean, newspapers on the bottom of the crates were clean, no odor, nothing. Howie arrived with his own package. He was scanned and his package was barcoded and scanned to ensure we received the right meds and food. Detailed instructions were included with meds. The followed up with us a few times to see if we had any questions. I also called them to ask a question and they were so helpful. Howie is now a happy, healthy one year old pup. He has a sweet wonderful personality. We are happy to write this review and recommend Premier Pups!

Dillon is our one year-old mini Bernedoodle and we have never had such a sweet and loving pup. He loves everyone he meets and is great with all animals. We are forever grateful to Premier Pups for such an awesome pup!

We have been having Archie for 3 weeks now . Highly smart and intelligent pup but yes very adamant too . So far our journey with him has been Lovable . I recommend premier pups as a pit stop for your pup ! Oh yeah , our neighbors and my friends have ordered the pups too from them ??

Hi, My name is Miles, formally known as Julius. First meeting Miles, it was love at first sight. As soon as I picked him up from the airport, as he came out of his carrier I swear he hugged me as if he knew I was there to love him with all my heart. Miles has been very easy to train. I live in a condo so for him to pick up potty training so easily was a blessing. He knows sit, stay, lay down, leave it, take it and he can shake with whatever paw you point at. Miles is an amazing family dog and loves to play with kids. Socializing him with other dogs was very easy as well. Even as a puppy he is still very lazy and can get rid of energy very quickly. His favorite thing to do is stop at benches and watch the people around him. He doesn't bark at other dogs that bark at him, he just kind of looks at them like they're being dumb. He does have some separation anxiety in the very beginning and still gets upset when I leave. He isn't alone for long, so if you do have a lifestyle that requires you to leave them in a kennel for an extended amount of time, mini bernedoodles might not be a good choice. Premier puppy is definitely the right place to go through. Not only did they send the proper medication he needed for his transition but they also called up to 3 days later making sure that Miles was the right fit. I will always reccomend Premier puppy for your next family member!

The adoption process with Premier Pups was seamless and helpful. I highly recommend them especially being my first online pup adoption. Biggie Smalls (formally Lance) is a bernadoodle and arrived healthy and happy with a big personality. He was already familiar with the word ‘No’ and pottying outside which has made training easy. I’ve had numerous compliments and purchase inquiries about Biggie and he’s been way more popular than me. If you are looking for a healthy pup with a great online experience I encourage you to try premier pups. I am so grateful for my little buddy!
