After trying to adopt three different puppies from three different companies. Two being a scam and one taking so long to get back to me, the puppy had already been adopted I finally stumbled across Premierpets.com and cannot tell you how pleased I am with them. I touched base through the site and was the very next morning. They were helpful, professional, and with the information they requested from you, I felt secure in adopting from them. They made things easy and Premier for my family to adopt Sadie and bring her home as soon as possible. I received confirmation the very moment that we agreed on adoption and then was notified the following day with her flight and tracking information. They send helpful information as to what to expect the first couple of weeks in regards to eating and care for the puppy, followed up with an email the day after arrival with some great tips and called to check on her a couple of times as well. Although we have been out and about and haven't been able to connect, I can't tell you how pleased I am to have chosen to adopt through Premierpets. Sadie came happy, healthy and full of love! I came across premier pups accidentally a few months back and I'm so happy I did. This is my first dog and they were so helpful over the phone after we got Benji home. We were very skeptical buying our puppy online no more. We had to put our 12 1/2 year old yorkie and our 15 1/2 year old dachshund down within a month of each other it broke our hearts they were family not just dogs. I wasn’t sure I was ready for another dog yet until I saw this baby’s face. He has been such a joy. He had to be flown to us he came tail wagging very clean and very healthy looking and has just been a love. He is so smart is doing great potty training and doing good crate training. He goes for rides with us in his new car seat and just falls asleep loves his rides. We couldn’t be happier with our new family member and all the help along the way thanks premier pets

Recently acquired my third Cavalier baby (Zoe) from Premier Pups and could not be more in love. Extremely happy with the whole process and the staff were always able to answer my questions. Upon recieving each of them via plane, I received several follow up calls from the staff to check on the puppy at the time and insure everything was going well. I bought Charlie this past week He is such a joy to me. He is a very young puppy learning new things every day. Thanks to the staff at Premier pets They are so nice and helpful. Loving being a mom to our Furbaby!

I was worried that Charlie was going to come home from the flight sick and weak, since we live so far from the breeders. To my surprise I was wrong. She came home so healthy and alert. We’ve had Charlie for almost 3 months and it’s been such a great experience. I would recommend Premier Pups to anybody looking for a Furry Friend. Charlie always brightens our day.
