I was very impressed with this company. Communication was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Process went very smoothly and quick. We had our puppy shipped which went fine. Excellent care was taken with crate for the plane ride she never even got sick. Premier pups seems very concerned with health and well being of animals which was very important to me. Received papers from their vet and lots of vitamins for first couple of weeks. We received a beautiful puppy we’ve had for over a month now. My vet says she’s very healthy and the sweetest cuddliest animal we’ve ever owned. It was very nice to receive phone calls from premier pups to check on things for a week after our puppy was home. I was looking for months for a puppy and am very happy with the place I chose to purchase one. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a puppy

After trying to adopt three different puppies from three different companies. Two being a scam and one taking so long to get back to me, the puppy had already been adopted I finally stumbled across Premierpets.com and cannot tell you how pleased I am with them. I touched base through the site and was the very next morning. They were helpful, professional, and with the information they requested from you, I felt secure in adopting from them. They made things easy and Premier for my family to adopt Sadie and bring her home as soon as possible. I received confirmation the very moment that we agreed on adoption and then was notified the following day with her flight and tracking information. They send helpful information as to what to expect the first couple of weeks in regards to eating and care for the puppy, followed up with an email the day after arrival with some great tips and called to check on her a couple of times as well. Although we have been out and about and haven't been able to connect, I can't tell you how pleased I am to have chosen to adopt through Premierpets. Sadie came happy, healthy and full of love! I came across premier pups accidentally a few months back and I'm so happy I did. This is my first dog and they were so helpful over the phone after we got Benji home. After our ShihTzu passed away, we knew our coton de tulear needed a playmate. Unfortunately, her age and grief couldn’t be healed. But, Sammy, our Blenheim Cavalier healed our hearts and became the first fur baby to share our bed! He is the sweetest, most loving dog we’ve ever owned. Premier Pups was so easy to work with and trustworthy. Sammy came with food, medicine, and instructions on his care, as well as phone calls checking up on him!

We purchased 2 caviliers from premier pups our tri colored copper will be 2 feb 17th and our little mia our Blenheim was a year old aug 29th. Colt literally flew into our lives February 14,2021. He has filled a household and rescue dog Jake full of happiness and laughter after the passing of Gabby the last of our Yorkies. Jake and Colt are best friends “brothers”. Our veterinarian said He has never seen a puppy purchased like this, as healthy as Colt.
