This is my first experience buying a puppy but Premier Pups made it so easy. They literally have the best customer service of anywhere I’ve every shopped and it’s very evident they have a great love for the puppies. Lacie, customer care agent, was amazing. Daisy was flown to me with a stop in DC. The second leg was cancelled due to snow storms. Lacie found a kennel to keep her overnight and stayed on the phone with the airline the next day until the flight took off. She constantly texted me with updates (flight kept getting delayed). Premier Pups sends emails with next steps needed for puppy with detailed descriptions and calls several times to check in. Daisy has fit into my family well and is so sweet. I recommend PP’s to anyone buying a new puppy. They are by far the best!

Lucy (formerly Carrie) is the best dog ever! She’s been home for a week and is adjusting well. Loves her kennel and is catching on to potty training well. She’s sooo sweet and loves to play! Thanks Premier Pups for the best pup ever

Dear Mom , Dad and friends in cold Ohio Thank you for sending me to California..I have only been here one day, but I have been outside, and seen flowers, lots of fruit called oranges and palm trees with 12' long leaves. The grass is green and fluffy to walk on, none of that white stuff you have in Ohio. I am enjoying my new forever home. I have a step brother to chase and steal toys from. We got our sweet girl, Luna (formally Sperry), came home to us on November 2nd. We have had her about 3ish months now and is the sweetest girl. She is the most “human” dog we have ever owned. I swear she understands us and knows when we are talking to her. She is one of the best decisions we have made and totally worth the price. The transition getting her was smooth and she’s been easy to train. We are so very very thankful for her!

This is our sweet baby Norman. He is the most lovable and kind animal. He always wants to give hugs and kisses and everyone in the neighborhood knows him. I had the best experience at Premier Pups. I am grateful for my puppy and all the love he gives us. I would get 10 more Normans if I could.

After a bad experience of being puppy scammed, we decided to call Premier Pups, and we’ve had such a great experience!! We had purchased our maltipoo, Tito, in September of 2019 and enjoyed every moment of his sweet personality and fun spirit! Although he is quite the snuggle bug we decided to look into a “buddy” for him to keep company during the workday and grow up with! We had such an incredible experience the first time around with Premier Pups it was our only option when looking for a new fur baby! We were interested in a few along the way..... BUT just like in life “Everything happens for a reason” and Ripp (aka Shazam) was the perfect fit for our family! Meet Rowdy! Rowdy came to his forever home April 14, 2020. He is such an amazing pup and so full of life. He loves to play all the time! Rowdy came to us very healthy with zero issues. Premier Pups has been wonderful and i recommend using them to everyone!!
