I highly recommend Premier Pups! My experience was a 10/10. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. They made everything so easy, from answering my questions to ensuring a smooth and straightforward pickup when it was time to bring my new dog home. I would definitely get another puppy with them again in the future!

I had a pleasant experience with premier pups. They made things very easy for me, full-time worker. I got to focus on prepping for his arrival. They had meds that came with him as precaution. My vet did a thorough check-up on him, healthy boy, didn't need all the meds, just focused on his vet recommendations.

Our experience with Premier Pups was fantastic. They where in constant communication before we received and after we received Rio. They where there to answer any and all questions for us by phone or text. We could not be happier with the way our experience went. We had Rio driven down to our area for pick up. Premier Pups gave us everything we needed to get started and get our little guy settled. They where so kind! Thank you Premier Pups for everything 💕

I purchased my very first pet (Havanese) from Premier Pups and the experience was beyond my expectations! The staff was very professional and thorough in making sure that he arrived safely with all of the essentials needed to transition to his new home. They followed up to check on him several times to make sure he was doing well. I received a healthy puppy who has become a member of our family. I am extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend Premier Pups if you are looking to purchase a healthy well cared for puppy!

We got Tonka Bean October 2021. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. When he was about 8 months old, we decided that he should get a playmate. So, we started looking again and found Bronson (formerly Chewy). Bronson had a couple issues in the beginning, but Premier Pups helped us through it and Bronson is just over 6 months old and as strong as ever.

After doing a lot of research on breeds, I stumbled upon Premier Pups online. Their website was very professional, so I kept checking in over several months until I found “the one.” As first time dog owners, we didn’t know what to expect. Premier Pups walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and checked in with us several times over the first week or two. We picked Koda (orig. Hamlin) up from the facility and we were very impressed. And now almost a year later, we still can’t believe our luck in finding the sweetest, most lovable and healthiest little guy. He brings so much joy to our family. Would definitely recommend Premier Pups!

My experience with Premier Pups was wonderful! I knew that I wanted a puppy but I didn’t know what breeder or breed. I found Premier Pups and I fell in love with their puppies at first sight. I watched the website for about 6 months and I keep thinking I’ll know the puppy for me and my family as soon as I see him! Lol Eventually I came across Nore’! (F.K.A Jose). From the moment I submitted the video request, the Premier Pups experience was easy and worry free. They communicated with me every step of the process and were extremely detailed in the directions and care for the puppy during the first week. Even after we brought Nore’ home they sent periodic texts for the first few weeks checking on Nore’s progress which was greatly appreciated! The delivery process was stress free as well! We arrived at the designated meeting spot about 10 minutes early so I was there to see the van pull in and I watched the gentleman that delivered Nore’ to me clean out his crate and changed the puppy pad prior to handing him off to me. That was just another example of great customer service! I’m so pleased with the service I received I’m actually considering getting a brother or sister for Nori from Premier Pups! We just love him sooooo much! He’s the perfect pup for our family!

Our experience with Premier Pups has been outstanding. Over the past 10 years, we have adopted 2 loving, playful pups from Premier Pups. Our puppies arrived healthy with no health concerns or issues. We are very impressed with the support we have received from Premier Pups. From our first video chat to our puppy’s first birthday, Premier Pups has provided honest, trustworthy information about the puppy’s background, health and feeding guidance, veterinarian support, and regular check-ins to ensure our puppy is happy and healthy.

Raleigh came to us thru Premier Pups and was our 2 dog purchased thru this company. They were very timely in replies to our questions and ensure both of our dogs were safe flying from OH to WI. I think the best part is the follow up during the first few days, weeks and then even at their one year birthday we had Premier Pups reach out for updates. We have two very happy and healthy pups that we love with all of our hearts. I would highly recommend using the is service and likely will do so again myself.

This is our dog that we adopted through Premier Pups. Scrappy is one year old now and full of life and fun. He loves chewing on his chew toys, sitting with his mom and running in the snow. I cannot say enough about our experience with Premier Pups. They have lots of online resources available to review. They did a great job of checking the Scrappy over to make sure he is healthy and in good condition before releasing him. They also called and texted us several times after we received Scrappy to make sure everything was good and answered all my questions. They really care about scrappy and want to make sure everything is going well for him and us. Thanks Premier Pups for a great dog that we love dearly and your service that exceeded my expectations.

West is the best puppy ever! He is loving, intelligent, loves to snuggle and is my little shadow and best friend for life.

We welcomed our little guy a year and totally fell in love with him. He’s full of energy and so friendly. Premier Pups has been so helpful and very informative. I would recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a fur friend. We totally loved the experience.
