I bought three puppies from Premier Pups, all of them Pomeranians—two toy poms and one regular pom. Each experience has been outstanding! They reach out via text or call to see how your puppy is doing, ensuring he or she is happy and healthy. They are quick to address any questions or concerns, showing genuine care for each puppy as if it were their own. I absolutely adore Premier Pups!

I would give 101 Stars to Premier Pups and the whole team! They have an excellent customer service. You must experience it with them. I was even surprised to receive a text message from them on the 1st birthday celebration of my fur baby. Thank you for making the transition smooth. When I lost my rescued baby, I thought I will not be ready to have a new one. I was glad I did and with Premier Pups!

We had Spyder delivered right to our door. They sent us updates throughout the trip from Ohio to New Jersey so we knew when to expect him, and how he was doing on the journey. Such a great experience. Very caring and professional.
