We had a wonder experience with Premier Pups. The experience was seamless. Everyone was so delightful to work with. We are very happy we choose Premier Pups and would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups! Their videos are very helpful in preparing you for your new puppy. She was clean and well-socialized when we picked her up. They provided us with many supplies we would need for the pup. They followed up several times after we brought her home and again on her first birthday. We enjoyed working with them and would do so again.

We had a top notch experience with Premier Pups. We were nervous, but everything about the travel and pick up day was so smooth! Follow-ups were excellent and helpful, and we felt very supported with our new puppy. Highly recommend buying a fur-baby through Premier Pups!

Super easy to work with,

Premier Pups was amazing to work with! They sent me all her information over quickly including updated photos and videos. Spent time on the phone with me going over everything about their organization and how it worked. I was able to text and email them while we waited on her pick up date. When we got to the date of pick up they were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for her, answered all our questions, allowed us time to play with her and have her get to know us. Their take home information was easy to understand and our vet was impressed with what they sent home as far as medicines, paperwork, and information.

It was a very easy experience from start to finish. She’s smart and sweet natured and loves everybody.

We can't thank Premier Pups enough for Sami, she is a joy to have. We can't imagine life without her. Mike has helped me with issues we've had with Fetch insurance.. Although they aren't settled yet Premier Pups has gone way beyond what they should ever have had to do to help me out with them. I believe we have purchased our last dog but if not we'll come back to Premier pups again.

Poppy has been a perfect addition to my home and my extended family. She is the smartest dog anyone has ever met, while still being loving. (And willful, but that’s okay.) Premier Pups made getting her a seamless experience. Outstanding communication and follow-up. I was never worried about how things would go on delivery day and the days after because the emails and texts kept me well informed. The people there were great at answering pre-sale questions. I highly recommend Premier Pups. I also want to mention that after a year of having Poppy, she’s been in perfect health.

We adopted Daisy (fka Reba) just before the holidays last year. Premier Pups made the process so seamless from the moment she arrived in LA - providing food, ample instructions & frequent check-ins to make sure these first time puppy parents were settling in alright with their little girl. Daisy isn’t just the cutest animal; she also has the sweetest disposition & quirkiest personality that has brought so much joy to our whole family. We can’t imagine life without her & are so thankful to Premier Pups for helping us find her! We will definitely be back to find her a little brother sometime soon.

We got Clara aka Aspyn December 2020 and she has been been such a joy to our family. Premier pups from day 1 has been phenomenal from the communication, delivery , follow up not just on the first day it’s almost a year and they still check on our puppy . I would recommend Premier pups to anyone looking to get a puppy for a forever home.

First, We cannot say enough positive things about PremierPups! From the beginning to end, everything went so smoothly. We received our puppy on February 28th via transport by vehicle. Between the purchase of our puppy, Chloe, to when we received her, the company kept in full contact with us and provided us daily information on how Chloe was doing and what we needed for her arrival. We had to meet staff to pick up our Chloe. They were prompt with time. Our puppy was received very clean and healthy looking. We were provided with her shot records, food and information needed for Chloe. This past week since having her, Premier Pups has remained in contact with us checking to see how our Chloe is doing. We couldn’t be more happy. She is a healthy little puppy who likes to eat a lot and provide kisses. We love her so much! We definitely would recommend Premier Pups to anyone. Thanks Premier Pups for your great customer service and providing a healthy puppy to us.

My little baby, Poppy Luna (formerly known as Oreo) arrived about a week ago. I had thought about getting another dog for a while and with COVID-19 and working from home being our new realities, I decided it was the perfect time. My priority was finding a dog that would be compatible with my 13 year old chihuahua boy, Gizmo. Of course, like any responsible dog owner, I checked the shelters first but due to the very specific requirements I had, I could not find the right pup. Those requirements were mostly because of Gizmo as he would be the absolute priority in my decision. It would have to be a puppy because of his age and the potential lack of adaptability with an older dog. I wanted it to be a female dog since he generally seems to get along better with girls. And I wanted it to be a non-shedding bread due to this being the second dog in my home. After searching and contacting shelters, I stumbled across premierpups and instantly fell in love with Poppy Luna. She arrived safe and sound at GSP airport about two weeks after my offer had been accepted. Gizmo and her have since become best friends, she goes to work with me every day (whether at home or at my office), she is super friendly with people and other dogs, and crate training with the pup pee poo palace has become a breeze. After only two very short nights with much crying and little sleep, she actually sleeps quietly in her crate. Although appreciated, I did not need any of the wet food or karo syrup sent with her. She started eating her hard food instantly. We had our first vet visit two days ago and she is absolutely happy and healthy. I really could not be happier. Thank you so much, premierpups.
