After trying to adopt three different puppies from three different companies. Two being a scam and one taking so long to get back to me, the puppy had already been adopted I finally stumbled across Premierpets.com and cannot tell you how pleased I am with them. I touched base through the site and was the very next morning. They were helpful, professional, and with the information they requested from you, I felt secure in adopting from them. They made things easy and Premier for my family to adopt Sadie and bring her home as soon as possible. I received confirmation the very moment that we agreed on adoption and then was notified the following day with her flight and tracking information. They send helpful information as to what to expect the first couple of weeks in regards to eating and care for the puppy, followed up with an email the day after arrival with some great tips and called to check on her a couple of times as well. Although we have been out and about and haven't been able to connect, I can't tell you how pleased I am to have chosen to adopt through Premierpets. Sadie came happy, healthy and full of love! We were super nervous to purchase a puppy online but we had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. This is the first time we had any dealings in flying a pet. They answered all of my concerns and made the process easy. We picked up our pup from the airport in March (2020) with no hiccups! I picked up my 9 week old puppy one year ago and my life has been forever changed. I can not thank premier pups enough for all of the patience and support during the process of bringing home a new family member. In the year that I have had my premier pup, I have had no issues with his health or anything of that sort. He is a well tempered dog and he is full of energy and love. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your next puppy and I also recommend doing the doctor pup subscription for at least a year should anything go wrong with your new puppy. I have since moved to Virginia but I plan to purchase my next furry friend from premier pups considering my fantastic experience so far.

Best experience ever ! The entire transaction was amazing. I found the puppy of my dreams on Thursday and the following Monday I was meeting him at the airport. Jasper is the most amazing puppy, everyone who meets him instantly falls in love with him. He is wicked smart and extremely playful but loves nothing more than to cuddle. We bonded instantly. The service from the Premier Pups team was outstanding. They checked in on Jasper repeatedly wanting to make sure he was doing ok and to make sure I didn't have any questions. I would not hesitate to go back to them for another puppy.
