We live all the way out in California. When we found the PP website, your strong selection and obvious quality of new puppies was clear. We of course were skeptical. I can say unequivocally to anybody considering doing business with PP, don’t hesitate. Their communication and follow up is unbelievable. Their professional processes and communication is second to none. They were in regular contact with us. They were responsive in answering our questions. Their online interaction with their veterinarian team to help ensure Roxy was taken care properly when we received our baby was fantastic. We decided to have Roxy flown out. Their pricing was more than fair and their tracking and communication was great. My skepticism was put at ease at every turn. Again, do not hesitate to put your faith in Premier Pups hands. They won’t let you down.
