Our new puppy “Louis” (I love Louis Vuitton and collect them, I knew someday I would have a Pomeranian named Louis) formerly Daphne is doing great, she is active, alert, playful and has been doing really well with adjusting to her new family and home. She is getting the pad training skills down like a champ We live in a large white modern farmhouse on 5 acres in the middle of the cotton fields. I found a small white barn crate that matches our home- which she loves. Last night I called into premiere pups about a question I had regarding administering meds (the puppy was not eating her food when I mixed the medication with it, causing her to reject her food). The young lady I talked to from PP advised me to give Louis the medicine with the syringe directly into her mouth. She is eating her food and with some careful syringe placement into her mouth, she is taking her medication just fine now. She is a delight and we can not get enough of her. She is well adjusted to her new home and loves the grandkids (careful supervision and lots of hand washing of course), she thinks her friends have come to play. Everyone thinks she is the cutest puppy/dog they have ever seen (at the drive up window employees come from the back to get a peek at her, on the plane she was the talk of the flight (kept her with me, just let everyone catch a Glimpse of her), Family and friends all express how they want her or at least one like her. Everyone wants to know how I found her, so I have been giving out Premier Pup’s contact information like crazy. Our experience with Premier Pups has been fantastic, from easy to navigate website, accurate photos of the puppy, a straight forward buying process, helpful videos, care and consideration of the Health and well being of the puppy, PupDoctor access, Micro chipping, Vet check with take home meds, follow up calls and emails, health and emergency numbers (with real people that answer the calls), The staff are friendly and answered all my questions, to the most adorable-sweetest.-little puppy. Premier Pups has been excellent to work with. Before I purchased a puppy, they happily answered all my questions. I even had a phone conversation with them because I felt more secure purchasing a puppy from someone I had actually spoken to. In this conversation, I asked about the name of the vet who was treating their puppies. Then I contacted the vet and confirmed that Premier Pups was an ethnical, responsible, and loving breeder. Once I purchase the puppy, Premier Pups sent be a huge email with instructions. At first I was overwhelmed... wow... so much information. But I needed it all! As I experienced her being flown to me, picked up from the airport, and our first week together, I found myself going back to this detailed email several times. Almost every question I had was sitting right there. Premier Pups had made sure I knew how to handle every situation that might occur. Also, Premier Pups has texted me every couple of days checking on the puppy. This is so comforting. I have never had such a small puppy where I needed to worry about feeding her enough food to keep her sugar level. It was nice to know they were keeping up with how she was doing as she got adjusted to our home. A few times when I had a question, I would text them and always received a response. They were happy to take the time to answer my non-emergency questions, or to give me their opinion. Our family is in LOVE! Bambi has the best personality, and she is so smart! In the first week she has learned her name, already going to the door to go potty, she will dance for her treats. I have taken her to our vet for a check... they say she looks very healthy and happy. I 100% recommend Premier Pups!! They have made the experience of getting a new family puppy perfect! (Not to mention, their puppies are absolutely adorable!!)

In February we picked our Maltipoo up from Premier Pups and fell in love with him and our experience. So a week or two later we got him a playmate from PPs as well. His name is Rigby (aka Bradley) and our dogs have been BFFs since they met. We love them so much and my boys are asking for another... not right now, but if we do get another dog in the future, it will be from Premier Pups. Thanks guys

Happy healthy pup! I got Goji 2 years ago,(His original name on the website was Pacey) I fell in love with him online so then I scheduled an appointment to meet him it was love at first sight we connected instantly and he was even more tinier and cuter in person. I decided to take him home that day, the medical instructions and records are very clear. I had to feed him baby food in turkey flavor for a little while, I never hand fed a puppy before so that was special to me. I was working from home at the time so I could give him my full attention. I haven’t had any health issues with him, he just has one impacted tooth but it’s not causing him pain and it doesn’t need to be removed. Overall I’m happy with the quality and customer service I had with premier Pups.

Phillis is my third pup from Premier, I tell everyone about this site because we get stopped multiple times a day so people can say hi to her. She's perfect and loves everyone. I've never had even the slightest problem with Premier, it's always a seamless, hassle-free experience and each dog has been one of the smartest, most beautiful and wonderful dogs I've ever known. I'll never buy a dog anywhere else.

My boys and I are so grateful for the sweetest additive to our family. It took me some time to pull the trigger on a dog. When I saw Ciel formerly Silvee I knew she was the one! She is the most delightful, playful, energetic, and affectionate girl, a true blessing, we can’t get enough of her! She loves us up! Between my wife and her boss, we purchased a total of four doggies. Ours is the teacup Pomeranian in the picture, that we've renamed "Buddy." He is doing just great! Lots of energy! Our 13 year old Shorkie and 12 year old Chihuahua don't know what to make of him yet (day 2) but they are starting to get used to him. He came with detailed instructions for feeding and medicine, and we are following them to the letter. We enjoyed the video you sent before delivery day, also! In summation, after getting defrauded to the tune of $18,000 by another puppy website, we couldn't be happier with the service from Premier Pups. Literally, on a scale from 1 to 10, with 10 being a virtually perfect customer experience, you guys get a big TEN! Thanks for everything... p.s.
