Working with Premier Pups was super easy and pleasant. Toughest part was picking out a pup. All are so cute. And they go fast so if you think you want a particular dog, do it immediately. A week later it will be gone. But there are always cuties available. The staff are clearly dog lovers and followed up quite a few times after the purchase. Our vet said they were both in perfect health. They give you videos to watch to help you adapt your dog to their new life with you. We got the second one a year later bc we were “just looking” at their site and the next thing you know we got a second one. We love them both. Would definitely use them a third time if I were sure my husband wouldn’t divorce me for buying another one. Lol.

Exceptional

Our experience was a great one. Pick-up was easy. She was very tiny when we got her so had a extra feeding to make sure she was getting the right nutrition. Her vet check up was great. Healthy baby girl.

Overall amazing experience. Premier pups made it so easy to buy and ship Moon to me. She has been the best purchase I’ve ever made. I definitely recommend premier pups if you are in the market for a pal. Moon and I are pals forever now!

Daisy is our family’s third Premier Pup: we wouldn’t go anywhere else! The people are wonderful to deal with, the puppies are all in great health and happy.

Bowie has been an absolute light in our lives. We were somewhat nervous about purchasing a pup online, but the customer service at Premier Pups was incredible and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We even went out to visit their farm/headquarters in Ohio to pick up Bowie and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Would definitely recommend. Bowie has never had any medical issues (knock on wood) and is living a happy healthy life.
