"My experience was absolutely amazing. I was so hesitant at first when I started my search for my puppy because of so many people that are fraudulant. However, once I found Premiere Pups, did my research, even thru the BBB, my nervousness was put at ease. From the online purchase, and all communication with everyone from day one, everything was very professional and smooth. All my question were asked and special request was taken care of. I had Bailey scheduled to fly to his new home and it couldn’t have been any smoother. I was always kept up to date on what his schedule was, weather, before and during his flight. When I picked him up all of his food and medical kit, along with all his paperwork, harness/leash, and litter blanket were well attached to his travel carrier which was exceptionally sturdy and roomy, including a small attached food/water compartment, his travel toy and comfy carrier bed. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I received my first check-in phone call to make sure he was doing ok, eating, drinking, and going potty with no problems. It’s so nice to work with such a professional and caring group of people who do take pride in what they do to make sure the puppies are absolutely perfect and communicate thru the entire process.
