"I have a 1 year old boy Cavapoo, a 10 month old Rescue Chihuahua mix (belongs to my daughter) and I was looking for a little girl to complete my pet family. Having almost been scammed twice, I was skeptical. I read everything on the site, checked the BBB and watched the videos on the site and in Vimeo as well as called and spoke to Customer Care to ask questions. I was extremely surprised at all the information this site offers as well as the excellent Customer Care I received. The process was easy and informative. Once I completely read all of the FAQ's, I really didn't have any other questions as they were basically all answered. The best part was searching through all the great photos of all the adorable faces for the one that spoke to my heart. When I saw Carmen, I just knew she was the one! I loved her the moment I saw her! I was so afraid she would be sold before I could reserve her that I can't even remember the process I went through too clearly. It was the fastest purchase I have ever done! LOL!! The days went by feeling like years and then that day came. I love the fact that she was being driven to me. When they handed her to me, I barely heard anything the gentleman said to me. It was a good thing they have the directions in the bag they give you as well as all the e-mails they send with the same info. Premier Pups, in my opinion, is Amazing! I love the staff as they were so patient with me with my questions. The website is Fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my experience! If I could change anything, it would have been to have had the time to drive over there and experience everything in person!! Lexie, is adorable, energetic and !! Everyone falls in love with her when they see her!! I am so grateful to have come across this site and I would recommend Premier Pups to everyone looking for that special little one to complete their family!!
