We were looking for a maltipoo and came across Premier Pups. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When our puppy arrived, she was clean and happy. I took her to the vet and he said she was a very healthy puppy! We’ve had her for less than a week but she has adjusted very well. We were so worried about picking Sadie up at the airport. Thought she might be covered in puke and poo. And traumatized. No such thing. She was clean and quite perky. She is a bundle of joy. Full of energy and love. We are enjoying her a great deal. She is a happy and healthy puppy. She has adjusted very well; this is her 4th day with us. House is full of toys!!!!! Our other two dogs are adjusting. One is a retired breeder (Lhasa Apso) and could care less. The other is a 2 year old mini Aussie and she is a bit put out, however she is adjusting. We take her for extra long walks to the lake and beach by herself. Lacie and Matthew were texting me and calling me to answer any questions and giving me support and encouragement. I can even describe in word how happy I am to have found Premier Pups. I searched and searched for months before decided on adapting a puppy. Not only did they answer every text, call and email, but after I adopted my Oshi, I was provided with the care and support on how to care for my new fur baby. We recently suffered the loss of our precious Bubba-Maltese but were very nervous about how to go about getting a new puppy. My friend has a beautiful fur baby from Premier and I decided to give them a try. The entire process was seamless from looking at a video of our fur baby-Rocco to receiving him from the transport. We were walked through the entire process. Roger the transporter kept us updated as to their arrival time. Rocco was clean and the van was immaculate. I received his welcome packet of food, medication, harness, leash and bed. Roger even filled me in on when Rocco ate last and what he ate. Premier has reached out to me twice already to see how Rocco is adjusting to his new home. What a pleasure dealing with Premier. We love Rocco and his is a fantastic addition to our family.
