Our experience with Premier Pups was amazing to say the least. Communication was never lacking and we got all the updates we wanted about our pup before reserving him! The process of reserving Avo, flying him to California and finally bringing him to our home was smooth and seamless. We love our baby so much!

Our little Tater has brought so much joy to our lives. He is such a fun, sweet, and snuggly dog - we adore him! Our experience with Premier Pups was wonderful and we would definitely use them again in the future.

Our experience with Premier Pups could not have gone better. They were recommended by my cousin. The communication was great. The follow up was so appreciated. Pita arrived on time and exceeded every expectation. You can tell he was loved and cared for before coming home.

We are so happy with our little guy, he is incredibly lovable! The process from start to finish was smooth and we were given everything we needed to make sure he thrived. He was very small when we got him and Premier Pups checked on us almost every other day for the first couple of weeks, we so appreciated that. We will definitely use them ago if we get anymore pups!

We had a great experience with Premier Pups, from the beginning to the end. They were very communicative and made us feel comfortable with the entire process including the shipment of our pup from Ohio to Los Angeles. After we picked up our pup they were very helpful with the transition, guiding us as we needed assistance. They also checked on Canelo every couple of days which is a part of their process! I would definitely recommend Premier Pups and have actually referred others to them!

We cannot express how happy we have been with Premier Pups. After losing our rottie boy suddenly, a hole was felt in our home and we were hesitant to fill it. But it became apparent very quickly our older jack russell was not handling the loneliness well. We spent weeks trying to find the right fit for our family, and fell in love with Isaac from the moment we saw him. Premier Pups was wonderful from the start, and so patient with us as we asked a plethora of questions. And even when Isaac was home, they were kind and responsive, and made sure we were all settling in fine. Isaac is a year old now, and he has captured the hearts of everyone who has met him with his playful but gentle disposition. He has even helped bring back a bit of the puppy spark to our 10 yo jack. We couldn't imagine life without him!

Our experience was great! The reservation process was so smooth sailing and we felt that we had a lot of support before bringing Canelo home and after bringing him home. We couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Premier Pups enough!
