We had a great experience with Premier Pups. From meeting our puppy to videos and the pickup in California, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a puppy.

We cannot express how happy we have been with Premier Pups. After losing our rottie boy suddenly, a hole was felt in our home and we were hesitant to fill it. But it became apparent very quickly our older jack russell was not handling the loneliness well. We spent weeks trying to find the right fit for our family, and fell in love with Isaac from the moment we saw him. Premier Pups was wonderful from the start, and so patient with us as we asked a plethora of questions. And even when Isaac was home, they were kind and responsive, and made sure we were all settling in fine. Isaac is a year old now, and he has captured the hearts of everyone who has met him with his playful but gentle disposition. He has even helped bring back a bit of the puppy spark to our 10 yo jack. We couldn't imagine life without him!

Our experience was great! The adoption process was so smooth sailing and we felt that we had a lot of support before bringing Canelo home and after bringing him home. We couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend Premier Pups enough!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with premier pups!! Not only was the entire process extremely seamless, but all the people that were involved in our process were so helpful, extremely nice and very professional!! This type is service is hard to come by anymore so I really appreciate all of it. Of course, the best part being our little man, who is such a joy to have in our family! He has the best personality and we adore him to pieces! Everytime someone ask us where we got him from, I can’t help but to rave about Premier Pups and my entire experience! I hope to get Charlie a brother sometime in the future and can’t wait to work with you again. Every step of the way premer pups was there for me and Charlie I had no issue or problems for the time I got him to his first birthday everything's been great their customer service was wonderful and I'm looking forward to getting Charlie a sister from PREMIER PUPS
