Premier Pups is exceptional and we highly recommend them. We got our Cavapoo, Sophie, about 4 months ago and she’s pure perfection. She immediately adapted to our family, is wonderful with our 2 small boys, is very social and playful. We’re absolutely in love with her. Premier Pups was with us throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. While we waited for her delivery date, they sent us videos and kept us updated. When it was time to prepare for her arrival, they sent us very detailed information. The delivery was smooth and Roger, who delivered her, was amazing, keeping us updated throughout. We received her with all items she needed including food, toys and a bed. The team checked on her several times over the next several weeks. In a world where there is abundance of scammers, Premier Pups made the experience of getting a puppy excellent and were very grateful.

The premier pups team was extremely easy and knowledgeable to work with. Everyone was helpful, resourceful and available to answer our questions. The premier pups instructions about medication, feeding and all recommendations for our new puppy Georgua were spot on and helped us connect with her ensuring easy and healthy transition to Georgia’s forever home. Premier Pups experience was amazing. I have 2 friends that recommended me the site since their experience was fantastic. I immediately when to the vet with her and he told me that she was a healthy puppy. She arrived to GA by plane and it was a very smooth process, very organized. All the paperwork that we received has a lot of details about my little girl. When Lily-Rose turned one year Premier called me to checked how she was doing. I was amazed!

Our experience was exceptional! I feel so lucky that we found Premier Pups. I was hesitant but after hearing feedback from several friends who got their dog from Premier I was on board. They answered all of my questions, was very honest about a small condition Ruby was born with and was so sweet the day we picked her up! Ruby is a dream come true. She is a healthy, active dog that is so chill, smart, cuddly and beautiful to boot!

My experience could not have been any better. Lily arrived to me in Arizona 2 days after she was first available. To my surprise she showed no apprehension to people and immediately began excitedly wagging her tail when in my arms. Her lack of fear continued when she was introduced to the rest of her forever daily a couple hours later. The Premier Pups transition process is phenomenal. Lily arrived very happy and healthy. She was already accustomed to hard food and quickly transitioned to a hard food diet. She showed signs of very positive socialization and seemed to have already begun potty training before her arrival.

We have a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. Everything was communicated very clearly, and our pups are happy and healthy.

It’ was a great experience from start to finish. I picked her up on a rainy October afternoon 1.5 hours away. The van kept us apprised of traffic due to weather. She was scared but slept in my lap all the way home. We took her to vet on Monday and she checked out fine. I would definitely recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new family member.

We had the best experience with Premier Pups. They were very professional, caring and informative every step along the way of purchasing our new bundle of joy. Even after purchasing, they wanted to hear new experiences with our new pup. We would definitely use them again. Our experience was such a breeze and overall amazing. Premier pups answered any questions we had, and did a wonderful job with updating us about her before her arrival! The staff and customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to add a fur baby to their family to premier pups!

The experience was great. Maisie was delivered to a meeting point and then came back home with us. She loves her whole family and we're so grateful for the whole experience.
