Premier Pups made getting our first ever family pet the most amazing experience. They kept us updated with every step of the process. They sent us photos along the way. We felt totally prepared. Her journey here was long but she arrived strong and happy to meet us. It’s been 3 days and we are more in live than we could have never imagined. Thank you Premier Pups!!! Our girl is perfect!!!

We just got our puppy last Thursday, Jan 11th... we are so pleased with her and she is adjusting amazingly to her new family. Premier Pups has made the experience wonderful from always being available, the flight to simple directions for our new puppy. Couldn't be happier... thank you Premier Pups! We have already referred you to several of our friends looking to purchase a new puppy!

I was ambivalent about purchasing a puppy online but after reading all these amazing reviews I couldn't say no. I recently purchased Nilla (formerly known as Saige) from premier pups and have never had such a wonderful experience. I am so happy with the entire service they provide from the very start! They sent me everything I needed (food and medication) along with a care guide to make her adjustment to her new home as smooth as possible and even call/text to make sure everything is going good. Nilla is such a loving and social puppy and I am so lucky to have her :) even though it's only been a few days I can't picture my life without her! Thank you so much premier pups, I will definitely be purchasing another pup from you guys in the future!

Our new cava poo Zelda is our second dog from premier pups. We got a teddy bear from them about 2 years ago and we were so happy with our experience that when we decided to get a cavapoo we knew premier was the place we wanted to go. So we watched the website for months waiting for just the right puppy and when she came up we got in the car and made the 12 hour round trip drive to get her and we couldn't be happier. The facility is top notch, and the staff is very friendly and they take make sure you have everything you need to transition your new puppy, including food, all the starter medications to keep them healthy, care and feeding instructions, and they go the extra step of checking in on the puppy's after adoption.

We could not be happier with our sweet and adorable new puppy! We have 4 children ranging in age from 6 years to 11 months and little Millee had no trouble adjusting! The overall process was so easy and the staff at Premier Pups was always very responsive and helpful. I do suggest doing the FaceTime/video option for at least two pups, as it really made a difference for us and helped us to know we were selecting the best puppy for our family. We will most certainly be referring others to Premier Pups.

I purchased a Cavapoo puppy from Premier Pups a month ago. Everyone at Premier Pups was very helpful and patient with me as I tried to decided which dog bred was the best for our family. I was very impressed with the facility and knowledge of the staff and would recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a new addition! Our puppy, Ruby, is doing great! She completes our family and we feel blessed to have chosen the perfect dog! I will definitely return to Premier Puppies for my next dog! Thanks to everyone at Premier Pups for your time and help!

What a joy our Finley has been so far! We adore her?? She is precious, curious, playful and healthy. She is potty training well. Sleeping 6 hours at night, and adjusting well. It’s been 13 years since we have had a puppy, and we were a little nervous. The instructions are great, and the experience has been easy so far. Puppy love??

I have only had Trixie for a week now, but she is an absolute delight. After a FaceTime session, I knew I had to have her. I made the four hour drive the next day to pick her up. The process from start to finish could not have been easier. Thank you Premiere Pups!

Spur of the moment decision. I have been scoping out puppies on this website for a while now. When I seen Sandy's sweet face and blue eyes I jumped on the adoption. We drove 5 1/2 hours down and 5 1/2 hours back. Well worth the stress and the drama of it all. I call Jada my husband's therapy dog, since he has stage four cancer and sits in his chair most of the time. ... honestly , she loves her momma so much! Such joy, love and life now in this home. She's a good puppy, she will run away once out in the yard. I'll blame that on the spaniel, her nose is always down on the ground. She loves to hop, that goes to the poodle. Jada's teeth are bothering her, so all day long we say ouch, no biting. She sleeps with us, no cage for her. * Which I'm sure I'll pay for that later when we have to go away. But who can resist the warmth of a cuddly dog. So far she rides with us. She doesn't get sick in the car, so that's jackpot there. We love her. We're eating eggs and hotdogs till the end of the month, but well worth it. Sometimes you have to be selfish to feel better. One day when we can afford another, we will go back for a playmate. Thank you so much.

I had the best experience with premier pups. Once I arrived on-sight, I played with Stella for a bit to make sure we were the perfect fit! The puppys were in such a safe clean environment and checked on by the staff regularly! I loved that the staff checked in on me every couple of days the first week to make sure everything was going ok and was available for any of my questions! I found the puppy transition essentials kit along with the pup pee poo palace to be great items for my new pup! She had her own little home and yummy treats to eat while she was transitioning! She is a happy healthy little pup learning all her new tricks. Based on my experience I would recommend this team to any of my close friends and family!
