We love our Penny puppy and Premier Pups! Penny was sleeping through the night within three days. Premier was great with pickup despite a pandemic going on. it was safe and efficient. Penny has been healthy and happy since the day we got her. I will admit that i have been anti dog my entire life and always told my kids we would never get a pet, but the pandemic changed my mind and i am so glad premier had puppies available before i changed my mind. This dog has magic in her and somehow made me fall in love. I don't know what i would do without her. She knows when someone needs cuddles and helps calm my anxiety. I am so happy with my choice to use premier pups to find our favorite dog. We will definately be using premier pups again if we decide to get another dog!

We received our sweet adorable puppy on May 6, 2020 via transport by vehicle from Premier Pups. I cannot say enough amazing things about Premier Pups! They kept in full contact with us after we brought her home weekly and provided us with information on how to care for Lily the first month. When we received Lily she was very clean and looked very healthy. We were provided with her shot records, a month supply of food with information on when to feed her and how much. Premier Pups remained in contact with us checking to see how our sweet Lily was doing for the first few months. We couldn’t be happier. Lily just turned a year old on March 9, 2021 and is a healthy little puppy who likes to provide kisses and loves her belly to be rubbed. She loves everyone and other dogs. We love her so much! We would recommend Premier Pups to anyone. Thanks, Premier Pups for your wonderful customer service and providing us with a healthy puppy.

My beautiful cavapoo Patty (Flora) is 8 months old. She is a wonderful dog. Smart loves everyone and pretty. Patty is my constants companion we are having such a good time. Thank you Premier Puppies for being a top notch organization. I have recommended you to many over the past months.

Daisy, previously known as Jewel, joined our family in April 2020. Like a lot of families who were home unexpectedly all the time due to COVID, we realized we could finally get a puppy for our 11 year old daughter. Of course, we couldn’t find any Cavapoos locally so we started looking into options such as PP. We were a bit nervous about moving forward “virtually” but we did and had a great experience. PP was responsive and answered all our questions. We received phone calls to check on her and to make sure she was eating and drinking. We had a scare one night after just a few days after arrival, so we called the 24 hour number. All was fine, but they called back the next day just to make sure. Would definitely recommend to others!

Naomi is already 3 years old! She is the most beautiful, kind and smart dog. I am so happy to have her. She like to give me lots of kisses and sometimes she is super hyper.

Our little pup Fizzgig(formerly “Little Red”) just hit her first birthday and she has been an absolute dream for our family. She is the friendliest and spunkiest little girl around and we are super thankful we found her through Premier pups! Fizzy is drawing eyes and making friends everywhere she goes because she is so darn cute!

We are grateful for Piper. She is lovable, very smart, and cuddly.

We were so excited to add a puppy to our family, but were a little nervous to purchase online. I’m so glad we decided to go for it because the whole process couldn’t have gone any better. We’ve had Molly for over a month and couldn’t be happier. I was very impressed with Premier Pups, their communication was great and she arrived with everything we needed to get her settled into her new home. She’s a healthy, happy puppy with a great temperament.

I am not sure why it has taken me three months to write this review since my experience with Premier Pups was outstanding. I am a tough customer. In addition to wanting a great family dog, I also wanted a dog that was temperamentally well suited to do therapy work so I took a lot of the salespeople's time on the front end trying to understand how they could help me find a great dog for my needs. They were patient with all my questions over many phone calls. Once I had chosen my puppy, the process was seamless. They have a great handle on the protocol for shipping puppies so that the dog arrives in great shape and can make the adjustment to their new environment relatively easily. Their follow-up in the first week was excellent. They help with any feeding issues as well as any other health issues the come up (none came up in our case). I was very impressed with the experience and have recommended them to every person who stops me on the street to admire my dog. Rosie is the perfect puppy (can you say that about a puppy). She has a totally easygoing personality. She loves everyone and does not appear to be uneasy about much of anything except the occasional loud, big dog. She is a dream. I attribute some of her easygoing nature to the breeder who must have taken the appropriate steps to socialize her in those critical early weeks before we even met her. Thank you Premier Pups!

I searched high and low for the right pup. Conducted so much research into breeders and was hesitant to purchase a dog unseen. The experience made me feel at ease. They even offered a face to face. I fell in love the first moment I saw “Neptune”. Her name is now Ruby. She has been a blessing. The local vet was very impressed with her at her first check in. Stated very well taken care of. Premier pups set us up right, made sure she was ok , met us at the gate (she came on a plane) she was and still is perfect. This breed is very trainable, loving & it was very apparent she was well taken care of before she was our holiday gift. I would recommend anyone to seek purchasing their dog from premier pups. Maybe higher than your local breeder however worth the extra comfort and knowing I am purchasing quality with a guarantee. Blessed for my Ruby.
