We adopted Banjo (formerly Eric) in November of 2020. We had never owned a dog before but our girls had begged for years. After long discussions, we decided to surprise them. Banjo has been such a wonderful addition to the family and Premier Pups was excellent to work with! They followed up closely on Banjo his first couple of weeks home and have continued to stay in touch over a year later.

Teddy is now one and a half years old and the the smartest, happiest and most social dog we have ever had. Choosing our pup online seemed risky since we couldn’t meet him in person and experience his personality before making our decision. But what a great decision. Working with everyone at Premier Pups was not only impressive for their professionalism but also it was obvious how much they care about their pups. I couldn’t believe how much everyone cared that we wer prepared to take care of Ted. From detailed instructions to food and medications and numeros phone calls they left no margin for error in caring for our new family member during his first week in his new home. They even called again on his first birthday to ensure that all was still well. From the beginning Ted has been the star of our neighborhood. He love everyone and every other dog friend he meets. His charm and energy are infectious and he simply makes every day more happy by his presence. In addition to all that he is beautiful. He recently graduated from”puppy school” with flying colors! I highly recommend Premier Pups to everyone!!

Ziggy was bought for me in September when he was 2 months old, and since that day, I’ve found my new best friend. I’ve never had to train a puppy before, and never thought I’d be able to get through it, but it was a lot easier than expected, and I never thought it’d take only 3 months. I bring him with me just about everywhere, and get nothing but compliments on him, and always want to get stopped so people can pet him. He is so friendly with just about everyone he comes into contact with, and loves playing with my other dog. It’s funny, watching a 5 month old puppy taking charge of a 5 year old dog, but they get along well. He has a very good appetite, and eats well for the most part. I haven’t given him any human food, so he hasn’t been spoiled in that sense, but he does have a toy box extremely filled to the top of toys and bones. He has just about finished his teething process. I’m so happy my mom wanted to buy Ziggy for me, we grow closer with each other every day.

My story started right after we donated our yellow Labrador to a service dog organization. We needed a smaller dog for our family and started looking online for reputable breeders, but none were known to be trustworthy. I was warned to buy online, for the reason that many dog websites are pure scams. Finally, my wife found “Premier Pups”, which at the beginning, I was extremely impressed with how the website was created but worried that this was a “To good to be true deal”, which decided to contact Premier Pups directly to gather information about them and see if they were scammers or not. Long story short, we decided to order a “Havachon” from Premier Pups. Our customer experience from start to finish was amazing. Customer Care was always available by texting, email, or a phone call away. We received “TANGO” a few days ago (23 December 2021) and yesterday was his first veterinary visit, which the doctor reported “TANGO” is currently in excellent health condition. All I can say is thanks to Premier Pups we have a beautiful and healthy puppy. Two thumbs up to everyone who took care of us during our puppy purchase. I will refer Premier Pups to friends and family for future puppy purchases.

I searched and searched for months for the perfect puppy for me. I kept going back to Premier Pups and when I saw him I knew he was my perfect puppy. The process was simple and quick. Thank you Premier Pups.

We picked up Conan from the airport and he was calm and wonderful. We on the other hand were nervous wrecks, this being our first experience having a puppy flown to us. Conan immediately became a member of our large dog Pack. The other dogs were appropriately disgruntled. lol Conan loves every dog and human he meets. He is super affectionate. He is a true rascal and loves to play as well. Working with premier pups has been amazing. I have never experienced after-adoption support from other breeders. We loved the experience so much that we are considering getting another pup from them!!!

I purchases Achilles (Maverick) in the spring of 2017. I received him from premeir pups about 8 weeks after he was born. When I got Achilles he was about 5 pounds, fast-forward 4years and he’s now 50! Buying Achilles from premeir pups was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Premeir gave me a best friend for life.

We purchased chase almost a year ago my husband and I bought him for our daughter he is amazing he is super smart and the bond he has with our 5 year old is amazing he loves to play with her and all her toys we were hesitant at first to purchase him since a lot of sites now a days are scammers but we did our research and premier pups is legit if your thinking about purchasing a pup for your family I highly recommend premierpups to everyone. :)

We decide to add Brutus to our family during quarantine. We were incredibly impressed with the level of communication we received from the very beginning. We were sent home with a detailed set of directions of what Brutus would need at such a young age. Premiere pups checked in with us to see how the little pup was adjusting and was excellent at answering all of our questions. We had such an enjoyable experience we are now looking to possibly add a little friend for Brutus to play with.

We got crimson, formerly known as Lance when we adopted him from Premiere pups in November of 2016. We had him flown from Ohio to Kansas and he did great in the flight. He is an amazing dog as you can see with my newborn daughter. We were a little nervous only because he has so much energy at times and likes to be in the middle of everything but he is super sweet with her and very protective. He is a playful, gentle, well trained dog. We have NO health issues, problems or complaints from this company. I will be getting more from them in the future. Making things transition smoothly from one state to another and answering ALL of our questions back then made our decision so easy. Thank you Premiere Pups for being honest, kind and loyal. You put the dogs first and that is AMAZING!!!! Crimson has been the best addition. 6 years down and many more to go with him!!!!
