I had a great experience with Premier Pups! I was very nervous to get Daisy because she was my first pup, but I couldn’t be any happier with the experience. Picking her up was very simple and once we got her home she was an angel. She loves to cuddle, hangout with family, and play 24/7. I’m glad I found such a sweetheart of a dog and I can’t wait to get another. I’ll definitely be using premier pups once I’m ready for a second puppy!

If we are ever looking for another pup I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The communication was outstanding and facility was clean. All animals well cared for. Marcy is an awesome dog. I couldn’t recommend premier pups more.

Overall, using Premier Pups was a great experience. Agnes was driven up in a van, due to the cold and we picked her up at a rest stop. She has been an absolute love. She is a healthy dog who loves to play fetch and go on walks. Working with premier was pretty easy. They were always responsive to any issues we were having as she adjusted to her new home. The one annoying thing was having the pet insurance. I understand why they wanted us to have it but the insurance company made it such a pain to cancel and keeps sending me annoying emails to rejoin. That being said because of how well tempered and healthy Aggie is I recommend them to everyone and if we get another dog it will be from Premier Pups.

What a wonderful experience with Premier Pups from the time I bought her till when she arrived. She was well taken care of and follow up was great. Izzy is healthy and my vet said she is growing well. If purchasing a puppy this is the best place to get one. Caring people and will answer your concerns. Air travel was awesome and love at first sight. Izzy is surely a Precious Pup.

Our experience with Premier Pups was wonderful. I was so nervous about doing everything online but Premier Pups communicated with me every step of the way, they answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. The delivery process was easy and they handed us a beautiful, happy, health little puppy. We were so happy to add her to our family. She arrived happy and healthy.

From beginning to delivery of our Lily, nothing short of perfection . Instructions and supplies given to us at delivery and follow up online calls to check in our puppy. If I could give Premier Pups a ten star rating I would. I would absolutely highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

It was a great experience getting Lucy Lu. Everyone was extremely nice. We had some problem with our car, and couldn’t get her at the time we had set up. They were more than willing to keep her an extra couple of days. More importantly they let us come meet her. Would definitely buy from them again. She’s everything you would want in a pet. She’s smart, she minds, let’s you know when she when she wants to go out or eat. Even when she ready for bed.

From selection to delivery, dealing with everyone at Premier pups was a joy and all went so smoothly. When we got Lena home, she needed some extra care due to her small weight. Premier Pups specialists and Dr. Rypka were there to help. Doctor Pups website was an enormous help to us. I could not be happier with our experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Premier Pups. They even delivered Clover even though I originally had plans to travel to OH and get her. They gave amazing follow up calls and emails to make sure Clover was happy and healthy. Thank you for taking great care of my fur baby.
