We were so blessed to get a pup from premier pups. The process was so smooth and agents were really easy and convenient to reach if you had any questions. We love that their main focus was to make sure the pups were priority and they did everything to insure Lennox got here safe and healthy. Premier pups goes the extra mile to make sure your pup is in perfect health by providing you with food, and meds you may need. It was an awesome experience working with them and would highly recommend them anyone who is looking for a furbaby.

Premier Pups was a wonderful experience for us. Gulliver / Bentley had a long plane ride to California but all went well and we all instantly fell in love. Thank you Premier Pups for all the follow up calls and support.

After doing a lot of research on breeds, I stumbled upon Premier Pups online. Their website was very professional, so I kept checking in over several months until I found “the one.” As first time dog owners, we didn’t know what to expect. Premier Pups walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and checked in with us several times over the first week or two. We picked Koda (orig. Hamlin) up from the facility and we were very impressed. And now almost a year later, we still can’t believe our luck in finding the sweetest, most lovable and healthiest little guy. He brings so much joy to our family. Would definitely recommend Premier Pups!

My experience with Premier Pups was wonderful! I knew that I wanted a puppy but I didn’t know what breeder or breed. I found Premier Pups and I fell in love with their puppies at first sight. I watched the website for about 6 months and I keep thinking I’ll know the puppy for me and my family as soon as I see him! Lol Eventually I came across Nore’! (F.K.A Jose). From the moment I submitted the video request, the Premier Pups experience was easy and worry free. They communicated with me every step of the process and were extremely detailed in the directions and care for the puppy during the first week. Even after we brought Nore’ home they sent periodic texts for the first few weeks checking on Nore’s progress which was greatly appreciated! The delivery process was stress free as well! We arrived at the designated meeting spot about 10 minutes early so I was there to see the van pull in and I watched the gentleman that delivered Nore’ to me clean out his crate and changed the puppy pad prior to handing him off to me. That was just another example of great customer service! I’m so pleased with the service I received I’m actually considering getting a brother or sister for Nori from Premier Pups! We just love him sooooo much! He’s the perfect pup for our family!

Okay everyones first question, is it safe to buy a dog online? Not everywhere, but premier pups hit 10/10 on every aspect from reserving the puppy to photos and videos and to departure and arrival. Everyone on staff was helpful friendly and made sure every pup was well maintained and cared for properly. We will definitely be long time customers of premier pups! We plan on getting another pup for Christmas for sure to accompany Teddy. As far as Teddy goes, no health concerns. Ever. Full of energy and attitude loves walks loves car rides loves napping, anything you can imagine this pup loves it all. And most importantly loves everyone they interact with. As you can see our photos, thats a timeline from day 1 to today 08/18/2021 - 06/13/2021. Teddy is adorable one of a kind makes so many friends in our neighborhood and is an overall perfect dog. Some proper training took place and Teddy doesnt poop nor pee and sleeps with us in bed each and every night. And has no accidents period. Premier pups deserves to be recognized. Highly recognized. Their staff and team do an amazing job!!!!!!!

Our experience with Premier Pups was wonderful! They would contact me every so often to ensure the puppy was doing great in his new home. They also provided very thorough instructions and tips on how to help with feeding and settling in. It was very much worth it! We live in Seattle Washington, so we had to go to the airport to pick up our new puppy. As soon as we saw him we fell in love with him! It has been a great experience and he loves his new home.

Premier Pups was definitely the best decision I made when I decided to adopt through them. It was an easy process and things went exactly as the website and associates said it would. We meet the delivery team who kept us up to date with the ETA throughout the night and early morning. They arrived at 5:30 am just as they said they would. They delivered Tru formally none as Ike to me after reviewing the required documentation, then I was given the bag with the food and other medication as stated in the contract and paperwork. The doctor pups is very informing and easy to follow. The premier pup team reached out every other day to check on Tru and to ensure he was adjusting, eating and to see if we had any questions. After taking Tru to his first vet visit the veterinarian stated me was impressed with the documents, lab work results and the excellent health condition of Tru. Premier Pups is definitely the way to go.

We are very impressed with the support we have received from Premier Pups. From our first video chat to our puppy’s first birthday, Premier Pups has provided honest, trustworthy information about the puppy’s background, health and feeding guidance, veterinarian support, and regular check-ins to ensure our puppy is happy and healthy.
