We were so excited to add a puppy to our family, but were a little nervous to purchase online. I’m so glad we decided to go for it because the whole process couldn’t have gone any better. We’ve had Molly for over a month and couldn’t be happier. I was very impressed with Premier Pups, their communication was great and she arrived with everything we needed to get her settled into her new home. She’s a healthy, happy puppy with a great temperament.

I am not sure why it has taken me three months to write this review since my experience with Premier Pups was outstanding. I am a tough customer. In addition to wanting a great family dog, I also wanted a dog that was temperamentally well suited to do therapy work so I took a lot of the salespeople's time on the front end trying to understand how they could help me find a great dog for my needs. They were patient with all my questions over many phone calls. Once I had chosen my puppy, the process was seamless. They have a great handle on the protocol for shipping puppies so that the dog arrives in great shape and can make the adjustment to their new environment relatively easily. Their follow-up in the first week was excellent. They help with any feeding issues as well as any other health issues the come up (none came up in our case). I was very impressed with the experience and have recommended them to every person who stops me on the street to admire my dog. Rosie is the perfect puppy (can you say that about a puppy). She has a totally easygoing personality. She loves everyone and does not appear to be uneasy about much of anything except the occasional loud, big dog. She is a dream. I attribute some of her easygoing nature to the breeder who must have taken the appropriate steps to socialize her in those critical early weeks before we even met her. Thank you Premier Pups!

I searched high and low for the right pup. Conducted so much research into breeders and was hesitant to purchase a dog unseen. The experience made me feel at ease. They even offered a face to face. I fell in love the first moment I saw “Neptune”. Her name is now Ruby. She has been a blessing. The local vet was very impressed with her at her first check in. Stated very well taken care of. Premier pups set us up right, made sure she was ok , met us at the gate (she came on a plane) she was and still is perfect. This breed is very trainable, loving & it was very apparent she was well taken care of before she was our holiday gift. I would recommend anyone to seek purchasing their dog from premier pups. Maybe higher than your local breeder however worth the extra comfort and knowing I am purchasing quality with a guarantee. Blessed for my Ruby. My little baby, Poppy Luna (formerly known as Oreo) arrived about a week ago. I had thought about getting another dog for a while and with COVID-19 and working from home being our new realities, I decided it was the perfect time. My priority was finding a dog that would be compatible with my 13 year old chihuahua boy, Gizmo. Of course, like any responsible dog owner, I checked the shelters first but due to the very specific requirements I had, I could not find the right pup. Those requirements were mostly because of Gizmo as he would be the absolute priority in my decision. It would have to be a puppy because of his age and the potential lack of adaptability with an older dog. I wanted it to be a female dog since he generally seems to get along better with girls. And I wanted it to be a non-shedding bread due to this being the second dog in my home. After searching and contacting shelters, I stumbled across premierpups and instantly fell in love with Poppy Luna. She arrived safe and sound at GSP airport about two weeks after my offer had been accepted. Gizmo and her have since become best friends, she goes to work with me every day (whether at home or at my office), she is super friendly with people and other dogs, and crate training with the pup pee poo palace has become a breeze. After only two very short nights with much crying and little sleep, she actually sleeps quietly in her crate. Although appreciated, I did not need any of the wet food or karo syrup sent with her. She started eating her hard food instantly. We had our first vet visit two days ago and she is absolutely happy and healthy. I really could not be happier. Thank you so much, premierpups.

I have been wanting a puppy for quite a while, having been a cat owner all my life. My neighbor recommended Premier Pups. I am so happy to have found them. First they have great follow up and called every week for three weeks to check in to see how Daisy was doing, how I was doing and if I had any questions. Now to Daisy! She is the sweetest little knucklehead with whom I I am so lucky to share my life! Every day she makes me laugh and it so difficult not to spoil her. She is not a destructive puppy although she has gotten her mouth on paper from time to time and brings new meaning to the term scissor teeth! If you are on the fence, jump off, these puppies will add so much to your life!

I was hesitant to buy a dog online after a previous experience with a breeder from another channel. After reading many positive reviews on Premier Pup, the online Q&As, and speaking with Premier Pup, I felt reassured this was the best way to get our pup and it was. We adopted Hadley in February of 2020 and renamed her Millie. We just celebrated her 1st birthday and are happy to report that she is a very healthy and happy dog. Millie is a great addition to our family. I will only consider buying a pet through Premier Pup.

Ever since joining our family , this girl has energy, smarts and she absolutely loves the snow I would not hesitate to go ahead and purchase another pup from Premier pups because of the selection they have and the guarantees they have. financing is EZ and my confidence is high with these friendly folks. Bought a mini goldepoo after his golden had passed. And purchased this one after my St Bernard/Redbone Coonhound passed. ??
