I am so obsessed with my little family. I got king 8 years ago and queen I got a little over a year ago. Even with their age difference they are the perfect pair. I purchased this little girl for my mom. It was a few months since her other Pomeranian of 15 years have passed away. She wasn't a replacement for my mom's dog Sable, but a wonderful new edition. Bella has really become her own dog on her own especially with the love she has provided everyone. When we first received her, she was actually named "Gorgeous" but we changed it to Belle Mae. Premier Pups did a great job all the way through the selection of this special little girl. My family and I really appreciated how Premier Pups kept contacting us before Bella had arrived. We had been supplied with full puppy instructions and all the necessary tools on how to care for her. She did so well on her flight and was so calm when we finally came in contact with her. Thank you also for continually following up after she was with us even for the following week. Your continued follow-up by several of your staff, let us know that they really cared about her and us being her new family. My Mom and Dad have really been happy and blessed with Bella Mae. She has warmed everyone's hearts fitting right in to the family. Thank you so much we love her!

We had our eye in premier pups for a few weeks, and their communication was great. I texted a ton and always got replies fast. On Saturday, we decided to drive down to Ohio(it was a 4 hr drive) and pick up Sapphire! We renamed her potato. She is the cutest thing!!! She threw up once from traveling in the car, and so far she only eats baby food and Kari syrup. She is so cute and loved.

Premier Pups has been excellent to work with. Before I purchased a puppy, they happily answered all my questions. I even had a phone conversation with them because I felt more secure purchasing a puppy from someone I had actually spoken to. In this conversation, I asked about the name of the vet who was treating their puppies. Then I contacted the vet and confirmed that Premier Pups was an ethnical, responsible, and loving breeder. Once I purchase the puppy, Premier Pups sent be a huge email with instructions. At first I was overwhelmed... wow... so much information. But I needed it all! As I experienced her being flown to me, picked up from the airport, and our first week together, I found myself going back to this detailed email several times. Almost every question I had was sitting right there. Premier Pups had made sure I knew how to handle every situation that might occur. Also, Premier Pups has texted me every couple of days checking on the puppy. This is so comforting. I have never had such a small puppy where I needed to worry about feeding her enough food to keep her sugar level. It was nice to know they were keeping up with how she was doing as she got adjusted to our home. A few times when I had a question, I would text them and always received a response. They were happy to take the time to answer my non-emergency questions, or to give me their opinion. Our family is in LOVE! Bambi has the best personality, and she is so smart! In the first week she has learned her name, already going to the door to go potty, she will dance for her treats. I have taken her to our vet for a check... they say she looks very healthy and happy. I 100% recommend Premier Pups!! They have made the experience of getting a new family puppy perfect! (Not to mention, their puppies are absolutely adorable!!)

This review is well overdue. First, let me start by saying I had an AMAZING experience purchasing my puppy through this company. I purchased my Maltese in July 2019. Everyone was so patient with me, pleasantly mannered and was there to answer all of my questions that I had. I am the type of person that is extremely skeptical about online purchasing especially for something so special like a puppy. But based on all of the wonderful reviews, because of course I did my homework and thoroughly picked through every possible aspect of this website. Everything was so very true. All of the positive feedback is accurate. Ryan was especially helpful, he actually dropped Brooklyn off to us in the Orange County section of upstate Ny (Wallkill). Brooklyn is such a wonderful puppy. Everywhere we go someone stops to ask me where she was purchased. She loves to play, she listens, and most of all she loves her family sooooooooo much. Now having her, I couldn’t imagine our lives without her. I want to thank premier pups for being the most professional, honest, thorough, truthful website out here for potential puppy parents. I would definitely recommend this puppy online site to any and everyone. If ever I needed to purchase another puppy I wouldn’t think twice about using you guys again. Thank you so very much!

I was very impressed with this company. Communication was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Process went very smoothly and quick. We had our puppy shipped which went fine. Excellent care was taken with crate for the plane ride she never even got sick. Premier pups seems very concerned with health and well being of animals which was very important to me. Received papers from their vet and lots of vitamins for first couple of weeks. We received a beautiful puppy we’ve had for over a month now. My vet says she’s very healthy and the sweetest cuddliest animal we’ve ever owned. It was very nice to receive phone calls from premier pups to check on things for a week after our puppy was home. I was looking for months for a puppy and am very happy with the place I chose to purchase one. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a puppy
