The Cavapoo, also referred to as Cavadoodle or Cavoodle is one of the most sought-after Doodle Dogs (blog on most sought-after doodle breeds). A cross between the affectionate and gentle Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the agile and intelligent Poodle, the Cavapoo is sure to display a fantastic personality.
Small in appearance, with a sweet round face, endearing large eyes, a button nose, and long floppy ears, the Cavapoo is truly one of the most adorable and cuddly pups.
The Cavapoo hypoallergenic coat is soft and silky, varies from straight to wavy or curly, and comes in a variety of beautiful colors which are most commonly black, brown, tricolor, white, and yellow.
As a doodle dog or hybrid, the Cavapoo dog (aka Cavadoodle or Cavoodle) embodies the small size of both the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Mini Poodle with an average weight between 8 to 20 pounds and an average height between 9 to 14 inches.

Daisy, previously known as Jewel, joined our family in April 2020. Like a lot of families who were home unexpectedly all the time due to COVID, we realized we could finally get a puppy for our 11 year old daughter. Of course, we couldn’t find any Cavapoos locally so we started looking into options such as PP. We were a bit nervous about moving forward “virtually” but we did and had a great experience. PP was responsive and answered all our questions. We received phone calls to check on her and to make sure she was eating and drinking. We had a scare one night after just a few days after arrival, so we called the 24 hour number. All was fine, but they called back the next day just to make sure. Would definitely recommend to others!
Our Cavapoo Dexter just turned 2 this month and he is a wonderful addition to our family! He is gentle and loving with our grandchildren and is so well behaved! We received wonderful service from Premier pups and if I were to get another puppy in the future I would definitely go back! I highly recommend them!
Having a dog has changed me for the better. We adopted Charley Pickles about 6 months ago and it's have been the best 6 months of my life. I love her so much. She is amazing. I recommend premier pups 100%. She can healthy and just as expected. She was all up to date on vaccines and we haven’t haven’t had any medical problems so far. Our Charlotte (Tiara) has been a joy beyond words. We had Yorkshire terriers and love them, we lost our one in 2019 and decided that we wanted another dog. After a ton of research and talking to Cavapoo owners we took the leap. Our research included breeders. I was extremely impressed with Premier Pups. We saw Charlotte and knew she was the one. I was so impressed with all of the staff. When they realized they were dropping off a puppy near us, they offered to drive her to us. I would not hesitate to get another puppy from them.
I was looking for over a year for a dog woot it any success. I could not find a trustable company or breeder until a friend of mine told me about Premier Pups, she already has a maltipoo from premier. I was little scary about the whole internet process but from the moment I entered to the site the fears disappeared. The process was so smooth. My Lily-Rose came in a plane. After looking for a Cavapoo for several months, an online search led me to Premier Pups. I already had a deposit down with another breeder but was unsure when a litter would be born and if a toy red male would be available. I didn’t trust most websites after visiting a few local puppies born because I was sure I wanted to stay away from any puppy mill scenario. I did the research and read many Premier Pups reviews. I found a litter of Cavapoos on their site of several red males with both parents on the smaller side available. Toyo (formerly known as Anthony) was everything we had been hoping for in a puppy and he was ready to come home NOW instead having to wait months from another breeder!!! I received pictures and videos prior to him being delivered. He’s been with us almost a week now and we couldn’t be happier with our new boy! Our vet said that he could tell that he received alot of attention and handling prior to coming home based on how social, calm and well adjusted he is. We are so in love with our new family member! She came to us as Truly, and we decided on the name Tess for her. She is Truly Tess! The way she adjusted to our home was amazing. She began eating her hard food right away, has been sleeping well (mostly:)) and is very playful and loving, and also very chill and cuddly after playtime. We have nothing but great things to say about you guys! All of the follow up emails, texts and guidance shows how much you care about your puppies! We are blessed we found the perfect puppy for us!
I am not sure why it has taken me three months to write this review since my experience with Premier Pups was outstanding. I am a tough customer. In addition to wanting a great family dog, I also wanted a dog that was temperamentally well suited to do therapy work so I took a lot of the salespeople's time on the front end trying to understand how they could help me find a great dog for my needs. They were patient with all my questions over many phone calls. Once I had chosen my puppy, the process was seamless. They have a great handle on the protocol for shipping puppies so that the dog arrives in great shape and can make the adjustment to their new environment relatively easily. Their follow-up in the first week was excellent. They help with any feeding issues as well as any other health issues the come up (none came up in our case). I was very impressed with the experience and have recommended them to every person who stops me on the street to admire my dog. Rosie is the perfect puppy (can you say that about a puppy). She has a totally easygoing personality. She loves everyone and does not appear to be uneasy about much of anything except the occasional loud, big dog. She is a dream. I attribute some of her easygoing nature to the breeder who must have taken the appropriate steps to socialize her in those critical early weeks before we even met her. Thank you Premier Pups!
