This is my first experience buying a puppy but Premier Pups made it so easy. They literally have the best customer service of anywhere I’ve every shopped and it’s very evident they have a great love for the puppies. Lacie, customer care agent, was amazing. Daisy was flown to me with a stop in DC. The second leg was cancelled due to snow storms. Lacie found a kennel to keep her overnight and stayed on the phone with the airline the next day until the flight took off. She constantly texted me with updates (flight kept getting delayed). Premier Pups sends emails with next steps needed for puppy with detailed descriptions and calls several times to check in. Daisy has fit into my family well and is so sweet. I recommend PP’s to anyone buying a new puppy. They are by far the best!

This is the second pooch I have purchased from Premier pups. My first experience getting a puppy from Premier pups was awesome. They made the process very easy, and gave us all the information we needed and most importantly they gave me a happy, healthy, loving puppy. This left a very good impression and made me want to get my second pup from here. I adopted Lily November 27th so I've only had her a couple weeks, but even in this short amount of time I am confident in saying Premier pups gave me another wonderful dog. She's affectionate, very sweet temperament, but also full of spunk. She gets along great my my other pooch and I just could not be happier! Thank you, Premier Pups!!

Like many people on here, I was very reluctant to purchase a puppy online. We lost our family dog of 17 years about a year and a half ago but finally felt I was ready to add another fur baby to the family. I have been in love with this breed for years but could not find any close to me other than at puppy mills which I did not want to support. So after months of landing on premierpups.com, I bit the bullet and chose a puppy. My granddaughter accompanied me on the 7 hour drive to meet our lovely little lady. I wasn’t comfortable with her flying so young so I opted to pick her up. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Although we did not see or hear any puppies but ours, the facility was clean and the staff was very kind. They answered all my questions, followed up several times once we arrived home ( no car sickness!!) and genuinely seemed to care. I had Sadie checked by our vet and she has a clean bill of health!! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I couldn’t be more in love with this precious gal!!

Omg!! Roxy who’s original name was Yoga is so adorable and sweet, She loves to play and run around the house.. She’s spoiled because we all give her so much love, attention and affection. And I love premier pups because they called me everyday for like maybe a week or week & half to check on how things was going and if I had and questions about my baby girl.. You can definitely trust this site and I’m thinking about purchasing a little brother for Roxy to play with. Thanks Premier Pups

We have had our mini aussiedoodle for about 2 months now! We fell in love with Scarlett (Audrey) from the moment Premier Pups sent my husband and I the video of her! We coordinated a drop off with Premier Pups and then brought her down to Cincinnati. They were so easy to work with and sent follow up text messages to see how she was adjusting! Scarlett is very energetic, sweet, and great with kids! She loves other dogs and loves a good belly scratch. Thank you Premier Pups for giving us our first fur baby!

Tilly (formerly Sedona) has been a wonderful addition to our family. I can’t thank everyone enough from Premier Pups for such a smooth transition. From Lacie going above and beyond on her days off to text me with figuring out flights to the rest of the staff continuing to check in with me. They are absolutely wonderful! Extremely happy with our experience at Premier Pups. The process was smooth and we were sent home with great information and steps on how to care for our pup for the first few weeks. We were a little nervous at first because we did not know anything about Premier Pups but we called our Veterinarian and he said he has never heard anything bad about Premier Pups and have never seen any sick puppies from them either. Our puppy is healthy and happy.

My husband and I purchased our beautiful new furbaby Genesis this week. She was flown in on 8/29/19, my 10 year old’s SURPRISE BIRTHDAY GIFT! What a JOY Genesis has been, my son is absolutely in love with her and so are we. Premier did such an excellent job at walking us through the entire process. She came with all of her needed food to start, meds, and daily text messages to confirm she was good. I can not say enough about Premiere’s customer service, they are clearly 5 stars! We have the best puppy girl in the world, our hearts are full and we are so grateful. Thank you Premier, we highly recommend your business.
