Premier Pups is a high quality organization that does much more than provide puppies. From FaceTiming with your new best friend to answering all questions related to different breeds to follow up calls after your home to make sure the adjustment process goes as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough praise for this place. Donato Was a fantastic agent from the first phone call (and all the others in between) to when we picked up our pup. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for their new best friend.

I purchased my pup in August 2018. My siblings bought a Cavapoo from Premier Pups a few months prior and after being around their dog, I was sold. I chose the option of having puppy shipped to me by plane considering I reside in Atlanta, GA. The first month of my puppy’s life had a few hiccups (beyond anyone’s control), yet Premier Pups went exceptionally above and beyond. I would recommend PP to anyone looking for a loving pup. Kobi came with food, medicines/vitamins and his first shots. I receive so many compliments on how beautiful and loving he is. I don’t know what I’d do without my little Kobi!

We adopted (formally Sarge) Milos in Dec 2018. We looked at a couple of other places, but found PP was all around the best in customer service and healthily puppies. After talking with our friends we found out they just adopted a puppy (in November 2018) from PP. This made the decision a lot easier to go forward. The whole process was easy. From the days before delivery to the booked flight and pickup process from the airport. We purchased the puppy transition kit and that was really helpful. You could always contact them with any concerns or questions. We highly recommend PP to anyone who is looking to adopt a special puppy!

We adopted Odin a few weeks ago from Premier Pups. We started with a FaceTime Interview which was a wonderful way to view the puppies with out being onsite. Once we decided on proceeding with the adoption , we drove 400 miles to pick him up. The facility was clean and the staff onsite was so friendly and helpful. They made the process easy. They also helped us with tips to travel with the puppy and sent home a starter kit to help him transition. We would highly recommend premier pups to anyone who is looking to adopt that special puppy!

We adopted our beautiful Cavapoo puppy Ollie (formerly Heath) on January 10th 2019. I was so hesitant to purchase a puppy online but it was nothing but a wonderful experience with Premier pups. They explained everything to us so thoroughly and on the day Ollie was flown to us they kept in touch often and even sent pictures. We were able to track the flight and knew exactly what time he would arrive. They followed up with calls to check how he was settling in and sent us informative emails for a few days after. Ollie is a healthy happy puppy and he has brought so much joy to our family. On our first Visit to the Vets office they were so impressed with what a wonderful calm temperament Ollie has. I would highly recommended premier pups! Thank you!

Omg! I love him so much! I’m so happy to have him in my home! I picked him up from the airport today. The process was so smooth. I ordered him & got him the next day on a flight :) amazing customer service, so easy & convenient! He looked so well taken care of. He came clean & adjusted to me so fast! He’s eating his hard food with no problems & everything is amazing so far! Thank you Premium Pups for creating this amazing experience! I never thought about ordering a dog online & having it shipped by plane but I would do it all over again ??

We had our furbaby Stewie from Premierpups and the whole experience was awesome and fast.Considering it was an online purchase that involved a big amount of money, i had the best experience with them.We are so happy with our decision to buy this little boy from them.Truly a gem and exactly the same pup that i have been visiting in the website at least 3x daily to check if he is still available until we finally got him.He has been well loved by our family especially our two boys.Everywhere we go for a vacation we always consider a get away that we can bring him.I never knew i could love a dog like this.Thank you premierpups for such a wonderful experience.We love our Stewie boy so much.I actually recommended you to some friends that are looking for dogs.More power to you and continue to bring happiness to the pet lovers esp the kids.????

We could not be happier with the newest member of our family. We agonized over the decision to get a dog for several years. Premier Pups has been incredibly professional, thorough and a sincere pleasure to deal with. Dalton is a great addition to our family and we could not be happier or more appreciative of Premier Pups. We received our adorable most loving little guy Ace (Formerly known as Peyton) on 12/2/2018 it's only been a week and I cannot tell you how loved he is and how much JOY he has brought into our home. We ordered our Bernedoodle the first part of November 2018 after many weeks of searching the internet. Our search on the internet was frustrating and leads us nowhere. From the first contact we knew that we finally found the right place to find a new member to our family. We selected Wilson from a litter that was available in two weeks to take home. We where located in Seattle, WA when we finalized our purchase. Our initial plan was to drive across the country and pick up Wilson on our way home to Delaware, however the Staff strongly suggested that a road trip of several days be avoided. Reluctantly we agreed to have him flown to Newark Airport . I must tell you that we where very nervous about the trip, which was a wast of energy. It went beautifully . Wilson arrived safe and sound ready for his new home with us. Wilson had been with us for week already . During the past week he has visited our local Vet and get a Wonderful checkup. He also has slept through every night from 10 pm to 6 am without keeping anyone up. During his first walk on the local ocean boardwalk he was the King of the Hill and drew everyone’s attention. Since Wilson arriving Premier Puppies called several times to check up on Wilson war doing and adjusting to his new home. We can not think of one thing that we would of changed in the way our new family member was taken care of from selection of our puppy to his finial arrival and joining our family, we recommend that you give them the opportunity to do the same for you.
