We adopted Margot (Oceana) from Premier Pups and just received her yesterday. My husband and I were hesitant to buy a puppy online because of puppy mills and scams that are associated with it. However, after doing extensive research on the company, consulting with the workers, and reading reviews on both the Premier Pups website and the BBB--we decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did! Not only did Margot arrive healthy and happy, but she was very well equipped with everything we would need, even medications! They also called this morning to check on how she was doing, which shows how much they care. Yes, the puppies are expensive, but trust me when I tell you that when it comes to Premier Pups you get what you pay for and you never want to take a chance when adopting a puppy. I used to work in a vet and saw many puppies come into the office that was inexpensively purchased and had a lot of issues, some of which resulted in painful losses for the families. Look at it this way, you can pay for a healthy puppy through a reputable breeder like Premier Pups, or you can go through a cheaper breeder and may end up spending the money you saved in vet fees. We have decided that in the future when we are ready for another furry addition that we will be using Premier Pups. P.S.--This is not an ad. I genuinely want everyone to know about this as I think it would help! In the photo we have posted Margot sleeping soundly with her Snuggle Puppy stuffed animal. Her travel crate works well for me to have her close by when I work. Of course, she also has a traditional crate. Anywho, the Snuggle Puppy simulates a heartbeat and has helped her transition into our home. She adores it, and I recommend it to anyone who is adopting a new furbaby. We found it on Amazon.

I researched several sites priot to choosing Premier Pups. I’m happy with my decision! Cedar is a healthy, loving, good temperament puppy! She is a wonderful addition to our family. Our English Bulldog plays with her daily. Our vet was quite pleased with her! Premier pups was diligent with instructions on care. Communications were prompt. I’ve had no issues with their service or with Cedar. We are grateful!

Frankie was adjusted right away. A very smart breed. Potty trained fast. Premier pups were great with communicating from flights, medications, to several follow ups on making sure our new family member was doing great. Best experience on getting a puppy.

Chloe was my valentines day present. She has been such a great addition to our family. Our experience with PP was nothing but great! All of the follow up calls and emails were really helpful in making sure chloe adjusted well to our family. Thank you premier pups!

I lost a dog a few months ago and it was heartbreaking. I found out about premier pups through someone at work and at first I was like “no I’m not ready yet” but then I saw my puppy on the the site and I fell in love! Her name was Truly back then and now it’s Chai. We love her! Premier pups thought of everything during the process of adopting Chai. Thank you guys! Having her around has definitely helped she’s such a joy to have around.

Premier Pups made getting our first ever family pet the most amazing experience. They kept us updated with every step of the process. They sent us photos along the way. We felt totally prepared. Her journey here was long but she arrived strong and happy to meet us. It’s been 3 days and we are more in live than we could have never imagined. Thank you Premier Pups!!! Our girl is perfect!!!

We just got our puppy last Thursday, Jan 11th... we are so pleased with her and she is adjusting amazingly to her new family. Premier Pups has made the experience wonderful from always being available, the flight to simple directions for our new puppy. Couldn't be happier... thank you Premier Pups! Hello from California! Bailey is the sweetest puppy we have ever met! I have three boys who have been begging for a puppy for years! Bailey showed up and they have been in heaven. We were a bit nervous ordering from across the country but we are confident that it was one of our best decisions yet. After falling in love with her picture, we called premier pups with so many questions and they answered them perfectly! This is my husband and my first pup for our family (both had dogs as kids) but the first as we are sole owners... anyway Premier pups is the perfect place to buy from for new owners! They give us a ton of resources to learn from, give us the best customer service, and it feels like they truly care about the health and welfare of their puppies! They have called texted and emailed everyday since we had the pup... today is Christmas and they texted today! I just love it! Day 3 with our sweet baby and can’t wait to share many memories with her! She even posed for a photo shoot last night! Ha... only for sec but we got a great pic! Merry Christmas Premier pups, you helped make it the best one yet for the Burns family!

I was ambivalent about purchasing a puppy online but after reading all these amazing reviews I couldn't say no. I recently purchased Nilla (formerly known as Saige) from premier pups and have never had such a wonderful experience. I am so happy with the entire service they provide from the very start! They sent me everything I needed (food and medication) along with a care guide to make her adjustment to her new home as smooth as possible and even call/text to make sure everything is going good. Nilla is such a loving and social puppy and I am so lucky to have her :) even though it's only been a few days I can't picture my life without her! Thank you so much premier pups, I will definitely be purchasing another pup from you guys in the future!
