I purchased Maggie in March of 2020 from Premier Pups. I can't say enough about their customer service. I called them so many times asking questions and they were always patient and helpful and they really seemed to know everything about Maggie as if she was the only dog there. I decided to put a deposit on Maggie and an employee there said that he would meet me half way the following Saturday to deliver her to me so I didn't have to drive the entire 6 hours. To make a long story short I wound up in the hospital and was intubated for days. My family and friends didn't want me to wake up and not have my puppy so they contacted Premier and they went above and beyond for my friends and met half way them instead of me. They gave them all the meds, foods and instructions that I could possible need to take care of her when I got home. Maggie has been nothing but a joy since I've gotten her. She loves people and dogs and she is so sweet, lovable, playful and adorable! I mean look at those eyes! She was a great decision and Premier pets made it happen! Love them!

This is our little girl Peaches (Catalina) in her Hawaiian dress. We want to thank Premier Pups for all they did for us to have her. They had so many obstacles to climb because of Corvid-19 and most planes were not flying. But we did get her and the service was fantastic. They checked on her, made sure they answered ALL our messages. I would purchase another puppy from them in a heart beat. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. Thank you so much.

Our family owns a Premier Pups teddy bear who we adore, so we felt comfortable working with Premier Pups when we were ready for our first pet. Jilly Bean (formerly “Mya”) has made our house a home! We had her potty trained in less than a week with no accidents since. She is so sweet, makes us laugh, and loves to play, cuddle, and go for walks. She’s about 12 lbs. and we always receive compliments regarding how soft her fur is. She loves being around people, other dogs, and children. We couldn’t love her more! We highly recommend Premier Pups, as we would certainly be returning customers if/when we decide to get Jilly a puppy sibling. :)

Thank you premier pups for a great puppy. The process of getting Etsy was so easy. My family and I are in love with our Etsy baby. She is perfect. The times that I have called premier pups they have been so helpful. If I was to get another puppy I will do it again with premier pups.

Right after Christmas I went on your website looking for the dog I’ve always wanted. I normally rescue and have loved all my animals with all my heart but I knew it was time to get one I could carry with me on my journeys. ?? Princess Grace has captured everyone’s heart that has met her. I had someone yesterday tell me she was the cutest dog they’d ever seen. I think she is! She is my bundle of joy! Thank you to Premier Pups for making my dream come true! You have answered every phone call and guided me through my first 4 weeks with her. Tmrw will be her 12 week birthday.??

Naomi is already 3 years old! She is the most beautiful, kind and smart dog. I am so happy to have her. She like to give me lots of kisses and sometimes she is super hyper.

Our little pup Fizzgig(formerly “Little Red”) just hit her first birthday and she has been an absolute dream for our family. She is the friendliest and spunkiest little girl around and we are super thankful we found her through Premier pups! Fizzy is drawing eyes and making friends everywhere she goes because she is so darn cute!

We purchased our sweet and gorgeous Gigi (previously Dana) from premier pups in July of 2020. She is a very smart and confident puppy. Our experience with premier pups was great! They provided excellent service throughout the purchase process, and went over and beyond to ensure that we received a happy and healthy puppy, including a great take home starter pack- vital for the health of those smaller breed puppies! We would highly recommend and may even purchase her a good mate soon!

Juniper is such a blessing to our family! Our dog recently passed away unexpectedly and we were heart broken. I am so happy I found Premier Pups! I had such a hard time trying to contact breeders. No one got back to me! Premier Pups has great customer service. They answered all my questions right away! I was scared to adopt a puppy with out seeing them in person first BUT everything went so smooth and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! All of Juniper’s litter mates were also adopted very quickly!! From my personal experience, Juniper is a dream dog. She’s in great health, tons of energy and loves to nap! If you are thinking of adopting from Premier Pups, do it!! Juniper was meant to be a part of our family.

We hadn’t had a dog in over 10 years. Our kids asked constantly for the past few years. My husband, Brad, and I were so apprehensive to get a dog. I researched breeds and breeders. When I found Premier Pups, I knew we were getting a dog!!! Then, when I came across Georgie (Reese), I fell completely in love! Brad did, too! Premier Pups answered all our questions and we knew we were making the right decision. Georgie has been a dream dog, too! She fits in perfectly with our family. Thank you, Premier Pups!!

We were super nervous to purchase a puppy online but we had a wonderful experience with Premier Pups. This is the first time we had any dealings in flying a pet. They answered all of my concerns and made the process easy. We picked up our pup from the airport in March (2020) with no hiccups! We were so excited to add a puppy to our family, but were a little nervous to purchase online. I’m so glad we decided to go for it because the whole process couldn’t have gone any better. We’ve had Molly for over a month and couldn’t be happier. I was very impressed with Premier Pups, their communication was great and she arrived with everything we needed to get her settled into her new home.
