Premier Pups was recommended to us by a friend and now I know why. They answered all our questions in a timely and cheerful manner and made the whole thing seamless and painless. We had been watching for OUR puppy on PremierPups site for three months, waiting until we found the exact pup that fit all our criteria and then, BOOM....we saw Geneva. We requested a video and received it before it was promised. The Premier team answered all our questions (and we had quite a few), not only about Geneva, but about delivery, medical and just the whole shebang. Since we had never adopted a pup "online", we were nervous. Once Geneva arrived at their facility, Premier set up an time the very next day that we could FaceTime with her. They arrived at our pickup spot right on time and kept us updated as to any time changes via text. Then, they brought our little bundle of furry joy out for us to meet for the first time. Geneva (now Nutterbutter Martini) was even cuter in person, if that possible. She smelled good and was so soft. The Premier delivery team went over all the take-home instructions and also gave us a guide to take with us along with her food/meds. On day 1 after pickup, we received a text asking us how she was doing (ie. bowel movements, eating). We love her already! (SO far SO good). We would recommend Premier Pups to anyone we know with 2 thumbs up!!
