Premier Pups Reviews

I spent a lot of time researching sites and getting discouraged reading about the scams out there when trying to purchase a puppy online. I came across Premier Pups site and read everything I could and all of the positive reviews. When I saw the picture of my French Bulldog Bijou, I knew he was the one. I contemplated the purchase all day before pressing the purchase button. Although there was a little obstacle in getting him, Bijou was mine by the end of the week. A special thanks to Mike for making that happen and for the genuine care he had in making sure my puppy was doing well before and after I received him. My family and I are very happy with our new addition and that Premier Pups made that happen.

Where to begin...we’ll, I wanted a Husky and my husband wanted a smaller dog. We agreed a Pomsky was a perfect combination since I wanted him to be sturdy enough to be a good hiker and run with me. We looked at the many websites with pictures of cute Pomsky’s and found out they are still pretty rare and there was nothing super “local”. We watched the ads, looked at the reviews, and kept coming back to Premiere Pups. Not only did they have the best looking puppies, they had excellent reviews. My husband pointed out Moss on a Friday night, and I probably looked at his picture 30 times before biting the bullet and just putting in my credit card number. I was nervous because I have friends who are breeders that warned me about all the scams and puppy mills out there. Buying from a broker is not what they are about, and my “designer dog is an overpriced mutt” to them. Whatever, I love, love, LOVE what they call an overpriced mutt not recognized by the AKC. I called PP slightly hysterical one morning after a colleagues begged me to reconsider my purchase. Kacee calmly talked me down from the ceiling and got one of the staff to send me current photo and video of my pup when he went to check on him at the breeders the next day. He was 100% the dog we saw in the photos, well cared for, and looked happy and healthy just like in the photo! I think we called PP five or six times before Koda arrived, they were always informative, patient, and did what they said they were going to do. Kacee, I cannot thank you personally enough, you were my angel. Now, about Koda...he arrived at the airport in his little zip tied crate. The lady at the airport cut the zip ties and I opened the door and saw those blue eyes looking at me. It was love at first sight. I waited for him to step out so that I wouldn’t scare him. He gave me a quick little lick, was the softest puppy I’d ever felt and walked out into the bark and tree area to go potty. We headed home where he snuggled me the hour long drive back home. We met our chihuahua on neutral territory before bringing our new puppy inti to the house. . They chased each other around and aside from Koda having more playful puppy energy than our 3 year old chihuahua, they have developed a cute little bond. Koda came to us clean, well socialized, and we both agree, the smartest pup we have ever owned! He cried in his kennel the first night, of course I kept bringing him into my bed to assure him...but now sleeps through the night completely content. I took a week off work, my “pupternity leave” and helped him adjust. This is day 11 that I am writing this by the way. He has learned how to use the dog door to go potty outside, eating well, taking walks on his leash with us, a talkative happy pup and just a joy to everyone he meets! His vet took him in back to meet more of the staff and they admitted to taking selfies with him! HA! His vet check went fantastic. Thank you Premiere Pups, truly! I am over the moon about this boy and would absolutely tell my friends to feel comfortable purchasing their fur baby from you. Jennifer Sloniker

Just an update copper went for his first vet check clean bill of health doing great we love him so much what a great little puppy sleeping all night in his crate doing very well potty training he is one of the easiest puppies we have ever had such a good boy we couldn’t be happier would highly recommended premier pups

In February we picked our Maltipoo up from Premier Pups and fell in love with him and our experience. So a week or two later we got him a playmate from PPs as well. His name is Rigby (aka Bradley) and our dogs have been BFFs since they met. We love them so much and my boys are asking for another... not right now, but if we do get another dog in the future, it will be from Premier Pups. Thanks guys

Premier pups was great in handling all the questions you have for your new puppy. Our pup came just today and he is so excited for his new journey at with his new family. Also he was quickly given to us at the Delta Cargo Facility. We can tell premier gave good care and attention to the dogs physically, and with the guidelines and instructions. Thanks premier for our new funny, excited little teddy bear pup.

The customer service team was there for me every step of the way! They ensured to keep me informed while he was being transported to Tampa and took care of his flight reservations. After he arrived they checked on him every day! The team provided and info packet and nutritional supplements to ensure he was well nourished his first couple weeks at home. I got text messages making sure he was eating and adjusting well. He was in perfect health when I brought him to the veterinarian and they were impressed with the vaccination paperwork I received from Premier Pups. I was honestly nervous to buy a pet so far away, but Dexter is awesome! He's so smart and well behaved. I couldn't have asked for a better puppy- he's almost completely house trained at 4 months old and listens so well! The breeder Premier Pups works with must be great! Thanks for an awesome experience and an awesome puppy, he's the best!

I drove to Ohio almost 2 years ago to the day to adopt Stanley. I was nervous about what type of facility these dogs would be in and the care that they would have received. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to a beautiful home that was clean, inviting, and a wonderful environment. Over the last 2 years, Stanley has been the absolute best dog and my entire world! I am so happy that I found Premier Pups that lead me to my forever best friend. He has not had any health issues. I am looking into getting another puppy and would absolutely recommend Premier Pups for anyone looking for a new family member!

Say Hello to Paxton, the amazing mini Goldendoodle. Paxton is assimilating quite well in his new environment and doesn't seem to mind the nice sunny weather of Miami FL! A special thanks to Premier Pups for ensuring our adoption of Pax (and his subsequent travel to Miami) was as smooth as possible. We've adopted wonderful pets before but this a first, in terms of travel to his new home. Premier Pups was so patient, knowledgeable and understanding with the many questions we had along the way. We are so excited to have such a new love in our life! Ok, Pax is stating that he'd like to go practice some more of that 'potty training' stuff!

We wanted a cavapoo but I couldn't find any cavapoo breeders in my surrounding area. I was very skeptical to purchase a puppy online, but after extensive research (Ohio BBB and online reviews) I decided to take a chance with Premier Pups. Bo was flown in on Delta a day after his 8 week birthday. He was in a nice travel crate with a puppy bed, stuffed animal and also his medical records, medicine, etc. Everything was packaged well with detailed instructions. To my surprise, after such a long flight, he was very calm and clean. Customer care followed-up everyday for the first week. I took him to the vet a week later and he got a clean bill of health. He is a very healthy and active puppy...loves to play and already doing well at potty training. We love him. Thank you, Premier Pups! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.
