We were apprehensive about purchasing a puppy online, but that was put to rest when we engaged with Premier Pups. Not only were they easy to work with, efficient, and reliable, but it’s also clear they truly care about their dogs’ wellbeing. We chose to fly out to Ohio and pick up Pico (Kent) ourselves, and we were given lots of quality in-person attention from the staff. On top of that, they followed up with us a few days, weeks, and one year after taking Pico home to ensure he was doing well and that we didn’t have any issues or questions. Pico has been the best addition to our family, and he is healthy and well with such a fun, loving personality. Overall we’re extremely satisfied and so happy we chose Premier Pups.
