My family recently purchased a puppy through Premier Pups and we had a wonderful experience! Staff called to check in before our pick up date, make sure we didn't have questions, and were very attentive. When we arrived at the facility to pick up our pup, the grounds were immaculate. Matthew greeted us, went over all the details of care for our pup thoroughly, and helped ensure our first meeting was as wonderful as we had hoped! Our little girl was just waking up from a nap and a bit shy, so he brought out her brother to help her warm up. They were adorable together, and she ran off some energy before our drive home. The first few days home with our pup, we received several phone calls/texts checking in to make sure everything was going well in our puppy's adjustment. I felt very supported as we navigated making her transition as easy as possible. Our puppy is energetic, curious, and loves to play! We are absolutely thrilled with her, and couldn't be happier with our experience through Premier Pups! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furbaby. You will not be disappointed!

We are so joyful with our Zoey! Purchasing a puppy from an online site so far away for our home made me a bit nervous, but let me tell you... Premier Pups did everything and more they said they would do, very legitimate company to work with if you're looking for your fur baby! I was very impressed with this company. Communication was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Process went very smoothly and quick. We had our puppy shipped which went fine. Excellent care was taken with crate for the plane ride she never even got sick. Premier pups seems very concerned with health and well being of animals which was very important to me. Received papers from their vet and lots of vitamins for first couple of weeks. We received a beautiful puppy we’ve had for over a month now. My vet says she’s very healthy and the sweetest cuddliest animal we’ve ever owned. It was very nice to receive phone calls from premier pups to check on things for a week after our puppy was home. I was looking for months for a puppy and am very happy with the place I chose to purchase one. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a puppy

Little Stella is the love of my life. We have bought 2 dogs off premier pups and both times have been wonderful experiences. Stella goes back and forth traveling from Europe to America. She has an amazing personality, and I just love her.

We got her back in 2015. She is about to be 4 years old. She has been the most amazing and energetic addition to our home. She is best friends with our 5 year old 90 pound lab mix that we rescued. We can not imagine our lives before her and now without her. She was very easy to train and her fetch game is unbelievable. We have to make her stop chasing the ball so she can catch her breathe she loves it that much. Everyone should experience the joy of a Yorker poo!

We lost our sweet cavalier Elvis in January and I did not think I would be ready for a long time to get another dog. Just doing research I found Premier Pups and the Teddy Bear breed and I was hooked. Never have I ever just picked a pet from a picture and I was very nervous. But her face just spoke to me and we took a chance. Everything went very smoothly, all questions answered right away. The only downside was not being able to get updated photos between 6 and 8 week period, but after it was explained why I reluctantly understood and they sent pics as soon as she got to their facility . Pick up was just as smooth! Lexi is amazing, she did great on the 7 hour car ride home, sleeps through the night, has the best personality, she is so smart, she learned sit and down the first week home! She is everything we never knew we needed and we are in love! She goes everywhere and is so well behaved! I think Elvis would approve for sure!

As a first time pet family, buying a puppy was a pretty big deal. Lucky for us Premier Pups made the process very easy! From helping us choose a specific breed based on our lifestyle to letting us know what to expect in the days, weeks , & months after bringing our puppy home… They were extremely helpful in every aspect of the process. 9 months later, and we can’t imagine our lives without our Maltipoo...Pixie:-)

We purchased Lindsey, now named Abby, on April 1st, 2019. We are so happy with her and love her very much. ?? Our experience with premier pups was beyond what we expected and we are very grateful for all the help and guidance they provided. Thank you for our beautiful new girl. She is a joy!!!

Premier Pups has been great support for me since I’m a first time dog owner and have been super about answering all those questions especially, “I’m I doing the right things for my fur buddy”. I visited Premier Pups two times before adopting and they gave me time to play with the pups I was considering and I never felt rushed. When you finial adopt, they supply you with all the needed supplies to get started and follow up messages and phone calls. And most of all my little sweet McLoven was a healthy pup.

We love our new dog Stella Blue formerly Dora. She is doing great! She is a wonderful addition to our family.
