we were a little weary getting a puppy online, and driving 2 hours to get a puppy that we never saw in person. we were just hoping that when we got to ohio, that we actually got the puppy that we saw online. the experiance at premier pups was nothing short of perfection. they had our beautiful dog, with paperwork, meds, and all instruction ready to go for us. the building was so clean, and the workers were very nice, and answered all of our questions. needless to say, i got back to pittsburgh, and showed my mom my puppy and she immediately ordered one and received it a week ago, by delivery and she couldnt be more happy. she said her experiance was just as great as ours.

We came across premier pups after searching for a replicable business. I had just lost a puppy that I only have for 3 months. Premier pups staffl made us feel comfortable and they were able to answer every question! Reese has been a great addition to our family!

We purchased 'Bentley' now known as Duke. He is very sweet and has been a great puppy so far. As far as the puppy we are happy. I was very hesitant with the process at first and was hoping to have a great experience as it was different than going to a breeder directly. I do not feel the experience I received is what they promote on their website. I did not feel reassured throughout and actually was met with frustration from the manager when I asked questions. I am not sure I would go through Premiere Pups again. I was hoping for more of a personal experience as they promote on the site.

We brought Champ (Guapo) home one week ago today! The entire experience from purchasing to bringing him to his forever home was wonderful. Anytime I called with a question whoever answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. We received a video after he was ours and someone has checked on him frequently! We would highly recommend Premier Pups to our family and friends!

August joined our family 6 months ago and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to add a fur baby to our family. He is the BEST dog! Premier pups was fantastic! This was our first experience purchasing a dog online. Premier was extremely supportive and helpful. August took a while to adjust after the flight, didn’t want to eat very much, but after that initial adjustment he’s done great. August is an F1B and at almost 8 months old weighs about 18 pounds. We haven’t noticed 1 single dog hair on the floor. My son has many animal allergies but hasn’t had an issues with him.

Freddie is our first dog and we don't know why we waited so long to get one. He has brought such joy and fun to the home. He's a stud muffin everywhere we go and all the girls love him. We know a lot of folks who say, go to the shelter and adopt. But, sometimes you just have to get the one that you want that suits your family and getting Freddie from Premier was the way to go. We aren't afraid to say it out loud that we bought him. My sister was able to hold a dog for the first time in her 50 years because of allergies. Thank you!!!

We have had Oliver a little over 3 weeks now. He is so perfect!! We are in love with him. He has been easy to train so far and has such a great personality. The process of purchasing him through premier pups was second to none. It was such a smooth and easy process. We are thrilled with everything!! Thank you!

We have had Oscar for a year-and-a-half and he is a wonderful dog! My daughter and I picked him up on Sept. 18, 2018, and the staff at Premier Pups were great! They gave us tips on what to do when we took him home, emailed tips on what to expect from him as he adjusted to our home, and were wonderful to answer my questions when I called them! He adjusted to his new home quickly and over the time we have had him, he has brought us so much joy! He loves to play ball and tug of war. He is so smart! We got him puppy puzzles for Christmas and he solved both of them the first time he tried! We took him to puppy training lessons and he learned the commands quickly! He is very friendly and loves going to puppy playtime to play with his puppy friends! My husband said the other day that if he had known having dog would be so much fun, we would have got one long ago! My daughter, husband and I love Oscar so much! He is a great dog! I would buy another puppy from Premier Pups in a heartbeat!

Greetings and Howdy from Texas! Bevo (formerly known as Ace) found his forever home here in the great Longhorn State. He is appropriately named after the The University of Texas mascot...it was the obvious choice given his coloring and size --a whopping 9 pounds:)! We bought Bevo from Premier Pups in April 2019. Given that our dogs are family for life and are beloved, we choose very carefully when buying a puppy. I can honestly say that I never thought I would buy a dog online. We do extensive research and like to be able to get to know the breeder, pup and environment before bringing him home... This time we were challenged though...My daughter was turning 16 and wanted a smaller puppy for her birthday. She had been asking for several years and with her heading off to college before you know it...the timing was right. We already have a "Teddy Bear" dog in the house and have been so pleased with breed....dad gave his consent for a puppy if and only if it was another "Teddy Bear". I am not sure how in a city as big as Houston, finding a Teddy Bear puppy was so difficult but our search yielded no reputable results. I started combing online sites hoping to hit on something local but no luck. I then stumbled upon Premier Pups. The website was very user friendly, detailed and of course, filled with the cutest pictures of so many puppies including Teddy Bears. I called no less than 5 times asking all kinds of questions about their track record, breeders, how they operate, protocol, health of puppies, warranty, etc and so on. I can say that I talked with a different person each time and they were all knowledgeable, patient and gave in-depth and consistent answers. I then read review after review to get insight into how others found the process and their experiences. After 10 days of back and forth phone calls...I decided to pay the fee to face-time with a little guy my daughter had fallen in love with...I figured for $10 it was well worth out to see how he behaved, talk with an employee who was familiar with his routine and personality. It was love at first sight...He was giving kisses from the moment he was pulled from his pen and bounded about all over the grass...curious, happy and a bit spunky. Within 24 hours, we had made an offer and I have to say I was still a bit leery and was taking a leap of faith. We settled on a price, airline ticket and much to my surprise...Bevo was heading to Texas the very next day. It has been almost 9 months now and Bevo is an absolute joy. He makes me smile and laugh everyday. He has the best disposition--he loves all other dogs and everyone he meets, and responds well to training. He actually slept through the night the very first evening in our home...amazing for a little guy weighing 2lbs 4 oz. He is happy go lucky, intelligent and snuggly when he finally tires out. My favorite thing he does is cock his head when you talk to him as if I am the most interesting person in the world. His health has been good and the hernia that was disclosed when we bought him was easily fixed when he was neutered. I has a small issue with the preventive antibiotics that were sent home with him but called the 24 hour hotline and got immediate advice. We simply discontinued them and he was a-ok. From start to finish, Premier Pups was professional and transparent. They delivered on their promises and met my expectations at every turn. I hope they keep records of who bred our little guy because I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. I wish I could post 10 more pictures because a picture is worth 1000 words and this little guy and Premier Pups are deserving of all of them. Thrilled in Texas!!

We purchased Bentley (formally Samwell) at the end of December after finding Premier Pups online and extensively looking into them in addition to reading all the positive reviews. Bentley was flown to us in NY on 1/3. Premier Pups stayed in contact with us before and during his flight, and has called several times to check on him since we’ve had him home. Bentley has been the absolute perfect addition to our family! We recently took him to our longtime vet (who cleared him as healthy) and also made several compliments on his perfect health and the way Premier Pups provides astounding care for their Puppies. We are so thankful for Premier Pups, and will absolutely choose them for our puppy additions hereafter. Again, thank you PP! ??

We are new dog parents and Flynn has been the best pup we could have asked for. First week was a bit hectic with Flynn but now he’s adjusted so well with us and our routine. He brings so much happiness and joy. He came in good health and so far We have not had any health issues with him. I highly recommend premier pup for your new fluff ball. Dan and Mike were super helpful in helping us!
