This was my first experience adopting on line, and after reading many reviews about PREMIER PUPS my anxiety was put at ease. Moving forward, we adopted (Fran) now Gracie an absolutely adorable Havanese! She is everything we had hoped for and MORE! PREMIER PUPS was very helpful and available after she arrived home. I would highly recommend them for finding your perfect pup!

I was so worried about my little girl having to fly all the way to the Bay Area. The team at Premierpups we’re great calming my nerves and letting me know they cared about Maizy as much as I did and that her flight would be a great experience for both her and I. They were so right...she flew in with 18 other pups from Premierpups and even a litter mate! She was happy and ready to love us immediately. Maizy is a dream come true and we are currently searching Premierpups to bring a brother home for Maizy. This has been one of the best experiences of my life and would recommend anyone wanting to add a pup to there family to use Premierpups. Their involvement did NOT stop with the payment..they monitored everything, even texting me when Maizy’s flight left the runway. They followed this up with 4 phone calls to monitor her once she was in my custody. I felt that they were sincere in making sure not only that Maizy was safe and healthy, but that they were there to make sure that I was having the best experience with my new puppy. Maizy is now 12 weeks and they are still there for us when we need them . Nicest thing is that they understand that when a puppy parent needs an answer to a question regarding their puppy, that ALL questions are important.

This little bundle of joy is Luna!! She is a toy poodle and our first dog. Our experience with Premier Pups has been amazing. The staff was wonderful explaining her care to us in detail and provided us with all the information we needed. Luna is a energetic, sweet, happy, playful, and smart puppy. We are so glad we found Premier Pups online and got to take our sweet Luna home with us. I would highly recommend buying a puppy from them. The place where the puppies were kept was very clean and well kept up. Thank you for all our help!

I was actually worried that there was a small chance we could be getting ripped off, since we live out of state. Premier Pups is nothing but profession with a huge heart for the puppies. They never got annoyed at our many questions and have excellent follow up. A+ w BBB. We LOVE our Sandi. She’s in great health and adorable and obviously treated with love and affection!

We were nervous to buy a pup online, but our experience was fantastic. Premier Pups answered the phone every time I called both before and after her flight. Rosie contracted a little cough after her flight and PP responded promptly to my concerns and had already sent her all meds needed. When I took her to the vet, she got a clean bill of health and our vet was impressed with the dewormers that were sent. Rosie was obviously well socialized before we got her. She does not frighten easily around my children, slept in her crate from the first night with no problems, goes everywhere with us and is just a super sweet, healthy pup. When we are ready for another dog, we will use Premier Pups again.

Premier Pups service has been excellent! Would highly recommend. Zsa Zsa (formerly Bailey) has been an absolute blessing to our family. You can rest assured with Premier Pups that they deal with only the best breeders. Zsa Zsa came to us perfectly healthy and she has such a sweet disposition. The support and care Premier Pups provides is truly exceptional and first class all the way for both you and your fur baby!
