Mally (formerly Alba) was born on March 23, 2020. We brought her home at 8 weeks and have been in love ever since then. We were nervous about adopting a dog online, but the process could not have gone better. Premier Pups was great with communication and answered all of our questions. They transported her to Washington DC where we picked her up. The process could not have gone smoother. I would love to recommend Premier Pups to other online potential customers. Our vet says she has perfect health and our puppy boarding place said they have heard of other happy Premier Pups customers too. We would love to connect with other puppies from her litter (Annette, Armando, and Arlo)

Phoenix, formerly named Chai has been an absolute joy! She was a very shy pup still is but that’s okay. We just continued to love hr and make sure she had everything she needed and she warmed up to us! She enjoys being outside as you can see, so every morning I open the patio door so she can look out there while I work before taking her out. She is the perfect puppy for me and glad I have her in my family now ?? Premier pups was great and supportive I think everyone should buy from them!

We have never bought a pet online and had some concerns about the process. I probably called and emailed every couple of days for the weeks prior to picking up our pup. The staff was amazing, patient, and friendly. After bringing our new fur baby (Mia Moore AKA Mi Amor) home, they were in contact with us often and even assisted with an issue of her not eating. She is 4 months old and is well very well adjusted, happy and healthy puppy. I highly recommend Premier Pups for anyone looking for a new fur baby!

We have had our new puppy Gretchen (who we renamed Bella) for one week and we are absolutely in love with her. She is the sweetest little girl and so playful and loving. Our experience with Premier Pups was incredible from start to finish. Highly recommend using them to find your new family member.

We picked up Sunny (Brittany) one week ago and we are in love! We surprised our kids with her and they are in heaven! She is so sweet and so much fun! She struggled some with eating the hard food so we have really appreciated all the support from Premier Pups!

Baby June joined our family a little over a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. After much research about small breed dogs, I came across Premier Pups in an internet search. The website was incredibly easy to use and we found several puppies we immediately became interested in. We decided on the Cavachon breed and my daughter selected June, (we kept the name the breeder gave her.). The customer care of the Premier staff is excellent. They answered all my questions and sent 2 videos of June once she arrived on their sight. They were wonderful about flying our puppy out when it wasn’t too hot and walked us through our first week with our little one. Our family has fallen in love with our very sweet, spunky, and funny June. I would recommend Premier to anyone. I’m very grateful to have found Premier Pups.

As my husband is getting ready to deploy we thought getting a puppy would help with a distraction for the kids and I while he is gone. From the moment we got our Luna ( fluffy was her name before) she fit right in with our family and is the sweetest, smartest, and cutest dog I have ever known. Premier Pups was amazing through the whole process and even called to check on Luna a couple times after we got her. I recommend them to anyone who tells me their looking for a puppy. We purchased “Delilah,” now known as Phoebe, seven months ago from Premier Pups. We had never purchased a dog online before and were very hesitant to do so, but after reading all of the reviews we decided to just go for it. We are so glad that we did! Phoebe‘s first vet visit confirmed that our instincts about Premier Pups were accurate. She continues to be incredibly healthy and happy, and is loved beyond measure. Thank you, Premier Pups, for answering all of my many questions beforehand and the follow up afterward. We recommend you to everyone we know that is looking for that extra special addition to their family.

So pleased with the experience we’ve had with Premier Pups! Our Shelby is perfect!! The instructions they provided us with to bring her home has really helped us and her through the adjustment of adapting to her new forever home. We got LouLou at the beginning of May and have loved her since the minute we got her! She is the biggest bundle of joy and brings us all so much happiness. Premier Pups was so wonderful through the entire process, and they answered all of the (many) questions we had! We couldn’t be happier!

We were very apprehensive about purchasing a puppy this way but it was a great experience. The staff is there for you always to answer questions. We got her on 3/25/20 (my husbands birthday) And we were concerned about how she would handle the flight but when we picked her up she just wanted out of the crate. She didn’t get sick in it and had no accidents in it. When we got home she had the zoomies and adjusted so well to her new life. She is the sweetest puppy ever you can tell she was handled and loved prior to coming to our home. I would definitely recommend them.
